Working along architects during the construction of the building, renderings helped the client’s envision the mixed materials and scale of the spaces.

AVI AT I O N-INS P IR E D APARTM E NTS A multi-unit residential development in close proximity to the historic Lindberg Field was developed with inspiration from the adjacent airport. The client wanted the design to pull off the aviation theme while still offering a sophisticated and modern space for residents. The design included a residential lounge and terrace space. F R ES H & FUN R EN OVATI ON This single-family home remodel included a full renovation of three bathroom and one laundry room. The primary bath and laundry room required new layouts and spatial design to accomodate additional storage and plumbing fixtures. BEFORE

For the primary bathroom remodel, the client was looking for additional storage, a larger shower, and a spa-like feel. I was responsible for all layout plans, material selection, fixture selection, and contractor coordination. 10
