Michelle obtained her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. She then learned she was pregnant and accepted to law school on the same day. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from DePaul University - College of Law. While attending DePaul she obtained studied abroad in Beijing, China and obtain a Certificate in Chinese Law. After she began her legal career in the corporate world, Michelle knew crossborder interaction would expand exponentially so she obtained her advanced law degree (LLM) in International Business and Trade Law from UIC - John Marshall Law School and at the same time she received a Certificate in International Corporations and Finance Law. She's currently pursuing a certificate in Financial Analysis & Valuation for Lawyers at Harvard Business School Online.
