Throwback item from the 1960s!
Tastes have changed over the years (thank goodness) - here's a recipe from 1981 Cookbook, Homemade is Better from Tupperware® Home Parties. It's sure to make your taste buds go WOW!

INGREDIENTS

• 103/4-ounce can condensed tomato soup • ½ cup water • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin • ¼ teaspoon salt • 1-cup cream-style cottage cheese • ½ cup mayonnaise or salad dressing • 1 cup chopped celery • ½ cup chopped green pepper • ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans • 2 tablespoons sliced green onion • Lettuce • Whole pimiento • Green pepper
Assemble Jel-N-Serve mold with tulip design Seal; set aside. In medium saucepan, stir together soup, water, gelatin, and salt; let stand 10 minutes to soften gelatin. Stir over low heat till gelatin dissolves. Pour into Large Mix-N-Stor pitcher; add cottage cheese and mayonnaise or salad dressing. Cover and chill till partially set (consistency of unbeaten egg whites). Fold in celery, green pepper, radishes, walnuts or pecans, and green onion. Turn into Jel-N-Serve mold. Apply large Seal; refrigerate, with the design Seal down, overnight or till firm. Carefully unmold onto Jel-N-Serve tray and surround with lettuce leaves. Garnish by cutting pimiento and green pepper to fit tulip design Seal; arrange on mold. Makes 8-10 servings.
