Grilled Chicken Served with Peach Molasses
INGREDIENTS: 5-6 chicken legs 1/4 cup yellow mustard 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar 1 teaspoons kosher salt 1 teaspoons garlic powder 1 teaspoons freshly ground pepper 1/2 cup peach preserves 1/2 tablespoon molasses 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard Cookware Mixing Bowl Grill Tongs
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: 1 Turn the grill on. 2 Coat the chicken legs with yellow mustard. 3 Then in a mixing bowl combine the sugar, salt garlic, and pepper. 4 Season the chicken legs and set them over direct heat grill. 5 Turn them once the proteins have released and mark them on the other side. 6 Place over indirect heat and cover 10 minutes. 7 In a mixing bowl combine the peach preserves, molasses, soy sauce and the Dijon mustard. 8 When removing the chicken from the grill baste them in the peach molasses then serve.
