ADMIN TASK 1 You are an administrator at a recruitment agency, called Waterside Jobs.

NAME:

You need to create a typewritten letter to Mr Peter Piper (all other details about Peter Piper will come from you – For example, his address). In the letter, explain that your company have received a copy of his CV and they would like to put him forward for a job vacancy with BT as a call centre operative. Your company feel he has the relevant skills and experience for this role. You would like Mr Peter Piper to call the Placement Officer, Judy Jetson (Office hours, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm) to discuss this opportunity further. In this letter you must include an introduction to who you are, your job title, why you are writing to Peter, what you would like him to do and how he can contact your company. This must be professionally written, include formal language and include an appropriate ending to the letter. Before printing your document, spell check it, proof read it and check your document for accuracy. Consider the impact to the business of printing documents which are not accurate.
