Ultra Low Volume Mask

Atom is a radical mask, with incredible low internal volume, thought and built for free-diving.

It is a frameless mask. Construction material has been reduced to the minimum.

Inside the silicon facial a stiff core is co-stamped with the two lenses, giving just the right rigidity to the mask.

This semi-rigid core substitutes the usual external plastic frame and allowed us to reduce the internal volume of the mask in an unseen way until today.

Another feature of Atom is the ergonomic shape of the nose.

Two small cavities, carved by the nostrils, facilitate the action of compensation. This makes the mask extremely stable during the dive. Atom will not move when you compensate pushing Atom is the perfect mask for the expert freediver and spear-fisher, who wants the maximum performance from its gear.

Fog Stop System

Cressi’s next generation diving masks are all equipped with the IDF-INTEGRATED DUAL FRAME TECHNOLOGY which offers exceptional field of view, and the new Calibro is no exception. The mask is designed so that the integrated face and frame allow for an extremely hydrodynamic and compact shape and a particularly wide lens, maintaining the mask extremely close to the face. Cressi’s Calibro combines minimal internal volume with a phenomenal field of view due to the raked angle of the frame. The buckles are, as always, directly integrated into the rigid skirt through a solid but flexible rubber attachment that allows you to adjust and place the mouthpiece without shifting the mask. Thanks to its matte coating the mask’s components all match, enhancing the underwater experience since it prevents reflections in the water that may disturb marine life. Calibro is the perfect mask also for free-diving since it is designed to provide the diver with a feeling of total freedom and comfort.

Fog Stop System

INNER NOSE POCKET - NEW PATENT PENDING

A patented membrane surrounding the inner nose pocket which acts as a barrier and traps any moisture escaping from the diver’s nose involuntarily when breathing through the mouth. The result is that not only is the moisture channeled away from the lenses, thus avoiding the fogging up of them, but it also reduces the need to compensate for pressure.

To further improve the anti-fog effect, Cressi suggests, the first times that the dive mask is used, to spray some anti-fog solution or to apply some saliva on the inside of the lenses and then to rinse them with water.
