Prior Services What happened to the DOE (Department of Education)? In the Fall of 2007, the Department of Education (DOE) was re-organized to allow us to better serve our Associates. As a result of the re-organization, the former DOE separated into three new departments, including (1) American Heart Association Training Center, (2) The Nursing Center of Excellence – Clinical Education, and (3) The Learning and Organizational Development Department. These changes will allow us to focus on our individual areas of specialty, enabling us to provide you with the highest quality service. The Learning and Organizational Development Department now focuses on providing learning and organizational development support across MediCorp.
