A2.1 Above is the floor plan drawings for the 25' wide residential project, also completed in AutoCAD. The main floor includes an office located at the front of the home as well as a mudroom, walk-in pantry and half bath. The second floor has the master suite located at the rear of the home as well as two bedrooms, laundry room, and bonus area. A foundation plan can be found on the right, showing the mechanical room and direction of joists and beams.
MEDICAL CENTRE This project was developed in Revit using an imported AutoCAD floor plan file and presents color coordinated floor plans, 3D models and corresponding renderings. The floor plan was improved using Photoshop. An important element of this assignment not shown here is my knowledge of project phasing which was completed in the Revit file.

EXTERIOR VIEW
A holistic view means that we are interested in engaging and developing the whole person. You can think of this as different levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. It's the concept that the human being is multi-dimensional. We have conscious and unconscious aspects, rational and irrational aspects. INTERIOR VIEW
RENDERED BY MICHELLE SNYDER
The final step of this assignment was to create a promotional poster using Adobe Illustrator. A 3D panoramic view was created using the cloud rendering aspect of Revit and Autodesk. This view can be found using a scanner for the QR code created for the panoramic perspective.
ATB FINANCIAL BANK PROPOSAL This was a competitive project given with space relation requirements and design restrictions.

This page showcases my design process. I started with a bubble diagram that lead to the preliminary floor plan drawings seen above. To the left is the final site plan I chose for the placement of the bank.
ARCT 2320 - SITE INFORMATION
To the left is my massing process created using SketchUp. I designed three different structures, applied materials and entourage to create a more realistic look. This process assisted in the visualization of my final building structure. The following page showcases my final project that was presented to fellow classmates. I created two poster boards which include my floor plans, elevations, 3D perspectives, and sustainable materials. I used AutoCAD to create my floor plans, which were then imported into Photoshop, where color was added to show spacial separations. The AutoCAD file was imported into SketchUp where it was massed with materials and entourage was applied. After rendering, I Photoshopped the rendered images to enhance their aesthetics. My final step was creating posters in Adobe Illustrator.

RENDERINGS
WHITE PHARMACY This assignment was created in SketchUp by importing and AutoCad floor plan drawing. The massing was formed with materials. Site and entourage were added. To the left is a rendering done within SketchUp which was then imported into Photoshop, where enhancements were made to the project.
To the right is a parallel elevation view.
20
SKETCHUP RENDERINGS
This page is a demonstration of my ability to create exterior and interior renderings in SketchUp.
REVIT RENDERING This project was created in Revit. This assignment was designed to allow the freedom of imagination with curved massing design. The rendering was imported into Photoshop where entourage was added, along with their appropriate shadows.
22
This page showcases my ability to render images in Revit. Once these images were rendered to Auto desk cloud, they were imported into Photoshop and enhancements were made to improve quality. Entourage and shadows were then added to create a more realistic feel.
HAND RENDERINGS
24
This is the result of an abstracted object given through a design assignment. The goal was to achieve an outdoor folly which represented an abstracted chair. To the left is my hand rendered perceptive as well as plan and elevation drawings.
3D MODELS
26
Below is a 3D model of a 2D design. This assignment was used to show importance of line weights and how different line types are used to communicate depth.
Above is a 3D model of my folly design. It was created using foam core and translucent paper. I used paint on the base of the model to create the site. I used Crayola markers to color the translucent top of the folly.
PERSONAL WORKS
28
This page is dedicated to personal work completed outside of school on my own time. Above is a residential building modeled in SketchUp with perspective views . The home was designed by Krest Home builders. On the right is an ID brand that I created in Photoshop. I incorporated it into my business card as well as the title block used in my residential project.
