The buzz of activity in the open kitchen of Luk Fu, the casino’s Asian-fusion destination, is the first thing that lures guests inside. Here, mealtime is showtime. The delicate and authentic flavors of traditional and modernized dishes have diners craving an encore. Chefs from Japan, Thailand, Korea, China, and Vietnam carefully weave together ingredients imported from their native lands with locally grown produce, poultry, seafood, and meats to create a menu that appeals widely and satisfies many.
Live! offers something to please every guest’s palate. “With all of these options, planning corporate gatherings is easy - we provide incredible culinary experiences within the casino walls, so guests never have to leave,” notes Gonzales.
The Prime Rib seats 365 guests and offers private dining options in The Wine Cellar to accommodate up to 20 guests. The venue features two separate bars and live music on select days of the week. Luk Fu seats 120 guests and includes two private dining rooms each able to accommodate 12-16 guests, which also can provide private karaoke experiences.
In addition, the Live! team can bring the flavors directly to guests. One option is to host a dynamic “dine around the casino” event that includes light bites and flavors of The Prime Rib, Luk Fu, Sports & Social and Termini Bros. to a meeting room or other gathering spot on-site. Another option is to host dine-arounds outside of the Event Center - 10th Street Market is a lively place to set the stage for a more casual dine around that even has an off the street patio and separate entrance for guests.
