LLM International Business Law This highly-regarded course offers choice and flexibility, with an emphasis throughout the course on the perspective of developing countries. Assessment Your knowledge and understanding will be assessed through coursework, class presentations, oral presentations and a dissertation. How to apply UNDERGRADUATE 1.
Complete and sign an Application Form (available from Campus/Mauritius Regional Office (MRO)/website – www.middlesex.mu)

Attach SC, HSC and any other relevant certificates and transcripts – Kindly bring your original certificates so that copies can be certified).

Attach one academic reference (on letter headed paper or with an official stamp) — Either a School Leaving Certificate. — or a written reference from a former school teacher.
Attach copy of National Identity card (both sides). If student is under 18 years of age, provide a copy of the data page of passport or copy of birth certificate.
The application documents will be processed It shall take no more than 3 working days unless an applicant is requesting entry on to Year 2 or Year 3, then it may take 2-3 weeks.

A Conditional Offer letter will be issued and posted to your residential address and you will be asked to reserve your seat at Middlesex University by effecting the deposit payment. — Payment details and methods are stated on the Conditional Offer letter.

2 Passport size photographs are requested at this stage of your application (One for the NTA Bus Pass and one for the MDX Student ID Card).

An Unconditional Offer letter will be issued (within 3 working days) and sent by post once the deposit is received and academic conditions are satisfied (if any).

Applying for a residence permit

After full payment (tuition fee deposit, accommodation deposit and fees, and residence permit fee), a receipt and Unconditional Offer letter will be issued.
Tuition fees may be paid in cash, local cheque, and bank transfer. Payment is required before the start of the semester. Any late payments will be liable to a fine of MUR 100 per working day*.
The student must send the following documents by courier to the Admissions Office at the campus:

Residence Permit charge is MUR 1,750* should be paid with the initial tuition deposit and accommodation deposit and fees. Inform Admissions about your flight details so that airport transfer can be arranged, our minibus will collect you at the airport upon your arrival.
