PRODUCT CATALOGUE 2017

ChudÄ&#x203A;j s.r.o. Chudej company was founded in 1990. At that time, it was a tool shop and factory focused on making injection toolings. Time went by and the market went on so in 1992 the production activities were extended by plastic injection. This is how plastic brackets began. By the year 1997, the company developed, the sales increased and the product ranges greatly extended. At that time, the first technical projects for new products in the category of floor drains and street drains appeared, too. In 2004, the Chudej s.r.o. was granted a quality certificate compliant to CSN EN ISO 9001. Currently, the company has been developing two key production programs: The first programe of interest is developing and making plastic fixing brackets, hammer-in pipe fasteners and floor brackets. The second category, equally important production program consists in designing and manufacturing street and floor drains, roofing drain and linear floor drains. The drains are made of materials in compliance with EN 1253 and EN 124. At the present time, we sell our products to wholesale chains in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We also export to the European Union and other countries. Thank you for your patronage.

VORTEX D 75 / D110 / D125 GRAVITY ROOF DRAIN The VORTEX has been specially designed to efficiently remove rainwater from larger flat roofs; they conform to EN 1253 standard, VORTEX roof drain is made from UV stabilized PP and has a stainless steel clamping, bolts and nuts, according to DIN 1.4301. The upper inlet basket prevents the penetration of dirt. In the version VORTEX SVG 004, 005, 006 is supplied with self-regulating heating cable 10 W, which prevents freezing of the roof outlet. HYDROMAX D 75 ROOF DRAIN The HYDROMAX has been specially designed to efficiently remove rainwater from larger roofs; they conform to EN 1253 standard, EN12056-3:2000, BS 8490:2007 and ASME A112.6.9:2005. HYDROMAX roof drain is made from UV stabilized HDPE and has a stainless steel clamping, bolts and nuts, according to DIN 1.4301. Version HYDROMAX SV002 is supplied with a self-regulating heating cable 10 W, which prevents freezing of the roof outlet. Siphonic system HYDROMAX: • water flow up to 20 l / s (dependant on pipework design) • very efficient • very low ponding levels on roof compared with gravity roof drain at same flows • weatherproof • the heating cable with automatic power control • smaller pipe diameters when used as part of an engineered siphonic drainage system • use a lower number of roof water outlets, due to high water flow (subject to roof design) • high velocity flow ensures that system pipework is self-cleaning when designed using siphonic software design program

LINEAR FLOOR DRAINS TO THE WALL Linear floor drains are accessories for modern interior bathrooms, sauna and relaxation areas. Their advantage is easy installation, maintenance and use of barrier-free areas. The bottom part is made of PP, cover grid is 1.5 mm stainless steel DIN 1.4301 with loading capacity K3 to 300 kg. The minimum building height is 65 mm and the drain is adjustable. Connection to drainage pipe Ø 40 mm. The package includes installation instructions, self-adhesive waterproofing membrane, adjustable legs, nylon plugs and screws.

If the water filled anti-odour protection drops, the NEPTUNE float closes the outlet, protecting against odours spreading from the sewage line. Float Neptune is available in two sizes for floor drains and street drains. Floats are not interchangeable, works reliably up to maximum temperature of 70 Â°C.
