The iGaming team is proud to deliver new features to the clients in a regular and constant manner. We are strong supporters of trying out new project management frameworks, even mixing different frameworks together to create agile development processes. The team operates on a framework called Perpetual Model, which was developed by mixing and combining Lean, Agile & PRINCE2. The idea and goal of the Perpetual Model is to work with small duration sprints (usually 1 week) and get the whole team involved in the process for the most efficient delivery at highest standards of quality.
THE TEAM The team is organized in minor micro-teams. Each sub team is responsible for a key function of the product consisting of Backend and Frontend Developers, Product Owners, Quality Assurance Specialists, Business Analysts and Project Managers.
