Plymouth University (formerly the University of Plymouth) is a modern, dynamic university but with an educational history dating back as far as 1862. As it celebrates its 150th anniversary this year, therefore, Plymouth University has embraced a new identity, one which is more in-tune with its confident and dynamic style. So, no longer do our undergraduates and postgraduates study at the University of Plymouth – they study with Plymouth University. With approximately 30,000 students, Plymouth University is one of the UK’s largest and most prominent institutions and is consistently rated amongst the top modern universities in the UK.
