Shidoshi Frank W. Dux is a Ninja master who was the inspiration to the movie Bloodsport from 1988 with actor Jean Claude van Damme. Martial Arts master Frank Dux was trained in the art of Koga Yamabushi Ninjitsu, Ninjutsu. Frank Dux was trained by ninja master Shidoshi Senzo Tanaka of the Tanaka clan.
This manuscript explains the history of the Koga Yamabushi Ninjitsu and many things about the training that Frank Dux had with shidoshi Tanaka within the Koga Yamabushi lineage.
In 1975 Frank Dux was awarded the Red White belt for overall martial arts excellence. Shidoshi Dux also fought in the Kumite a secret underground Full Contact event. The Kumite was organised by the Kokuryukai Black Dragon Society and the IFAA. An interesting book which also compares the Bujinkan Iga Ryu factions of Masaaki Hatsumi with the Koga Yamabushi ryu line.
