Ad Materials Specs & Deadlines AD MATERIALS Ads must be provided print ready as PDF’s. jpeg’s or tiff’s for high quality professional printing in CMYK format with all fonts embedded in high resolution of 300 dpi. Do not use spot colors, Pantone colors or other specialty colors. Do not include crop or bleed marks. Please note: Photos in ads must be shot at a minimum of 250 dpi for quality reproduction. DEADLINES 1st of month preceding preceding publication date for print ready ads (e.g. April 1 for May/June issue)

Additional Information To Make Your Ads Look Their Best Digital Requirements - Camera-Ready PDF files with embedded fonts. Flattened EPS or TIF files are acceptable. All images in these files must be 300 dpi and saved as grayscale or CMYK. Revised Ads If you are sending files that will need to be altered in later issues or to meet any mechanical requirements, we accept files created in InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoShop. These files must be accompanied by all art files for logos, images and fonts used to create the ad. Materials for Ads created by Working Horse Magazine Only digital photos and graphics are accepted and must be 300 dpi with printed dimensions no smaller than the size they are intended to be reproduced.
