Facebook0 Twitter0 Google+0 LinkedIn0 Pinterest0 Using Keyword URLs For Advertising is one of the BEST ways to get super targeted traffic to your offers. This type of keyword approach will really narrow down the search and get you better results when using keyword URL for advertising keywords.
So How Does This Method Of Advertising Work? Using keyword URLs for advertising is really simple once you get the hang of it. You are basically bidding on URLs as your keywords. So in other words, when you do a Google search for something, there are pages and pages that show up. You will notice where you click to go to the website for what you searched for you are actually clicking on someones URL, their website link. So when you bid on keyword URLs, you are going to be placed right on top of someone elses website or page if you actually run a campaign and people go to those search results and happen to land on one of the URLs that you bid on. Your website or landing page will be popped up over the top of the page URL that you bid on and people will see your website or landing page instead of the one they actually clicked on.

This may sound almost like stealing, but it isn’t. YOU are the one that is buying traffic, you are the one that actually placed bids on URLs and because you are paying for this traffic, there is nothing wrong with this at all. More than likely it is happening to you right now if you are ranked in the search engines for something. Let’s say you have a blog ranked on the first page of Google right now for “dog toys”, so when people land on that page of search results for dog toys they will still see your website link in the heading, but more than likely when they click on that website URL of YOURS, it could very well be going to someone else that is bidding on your URL because it is ranked on the first page of Google in that niche that they are working.
Using Keyword URLs For Advertising Is Super Effective? Yes using keyword URLs for advertising is super effective if you take the time to do it right. Think about all the Google, Bing, and Yahoo searches that take place every single day. People are looking for something…right? And when they search dog toys, or health products, or fitness products, workouts, make money at home opportunity’s, or whatever the case may be, they are going to fall on someones website or landing page. Is it going to be yours, or someone elses? The big SECRET to this advertising strategy is taking the time needed to do the proper keyword research. I like to use Google’s “Keyword Planner” for my keyword research. You will search for the most popular keywords that are being searched the most. I don’t like to focus on any keyword that isn’t visited or searched at least 5000 times monthly. I prefer over 10,000 if possible. Let’s say you are in the “dog toy” business and you are wanting to get more leads and sales to that business. Go to the Google Keyword Planner and search for “dog toys”. You will see lots of different phrases that can be used along

with the basic keyword dog toys. Maybe it is “the best dog toys” or “how to make your own dog toys”. The point is to find these related keywords that are being search at least 5000 times monthly, (preferably over 10,000) and then use a URL software stripper that will allow you to enter those keywords you are wanting to use and the software will go out and search Google, Yahoo, and Bing for those URLs, and that is where your list begins.
Of course doing this all by hand one URL at a time would take days, and weeks to come up with a list of at least 5000 URLs, this is where a software will come in handy. It will find you a list of at least 5000 URLs in a matter of minutes. When you are starting a advertising campaign to use keyword URLs, you will need at least 5000 URLs to enter into the advertising platform. Not all advertising platforms use these types of keywords, but trust me, the ones that do will get you really good results if you take the time to do your research and put this all together properly. MAKE SURE you use landing pages for this type of advertising, and make sure that your landing pages convert very well. YOU MUST take out the http:// and the https:// and the www. from ALL URLs that you intend to use in your list of keyword URLs or the ad agency’s will not allow you to use them.

TIP: I use notepad on my MacBook Pro computer and this notepad allows me to go into the “EDIT” mode and then click on “Find and Replace”, then in the “find” box enter the www. and hit replace all. Then do the same thing with http:// and the https:// and this will remove your complete list of extensions of that list of 5000 keyword URLs you have or however many in a split second, instead of doing these all one by one, which would take FOREVER. NOTICE: In the picture above of the “Notepad” at the top left where it says “notepad” and then just right of that is the “edit” you will go into for “find and replace” to remove these URL extensions. I recommend using at least 3 landing pages and split test them all together. Which ever one comes out the best, then use that one as long as it converts very well. I prefer to have my landing pages converting over 50% before I start sending very much traffic to them. I keep making tweaks and then test again until I get these pages, or at least one landing page that is converting over 50% and preferably 65% and then I scale up my advertising and send way more traffic to that page.
Will This Type Of Advertising Work For Anyone? Yes, this type of advertising will work for anyone that has the patients to work it. It takes time and patients to put it all together, but it will work and work well for those that do take the time and do it right.

One last thing to remind you of. This is not something that has to be done, but if done it will raise your results by 50% or more. Use re-targeting along with your keyword URL advertising. You can use re-targeting advertising and take the pixel/code they give you and add it to your landing page and then you can start following people everywhere. Yes following them! The people that visit your landing page whether or not they opt in will have that pixel placed in the form of a cookie on their web browser, and not everywhere they go, every website they visit, even if it’s Facebook, they will see your ad on the side bar of that website they visit. This keeps reminding them of you and your website or offer, and eventually they will come right back to your page again. This time they might opt in and buy! If you want to raise your effectiveness and raise your business income, then start using keyword URLs for advertising and think about adding re-targeting to your landing page as well. Using Keyword URLs For Advertising is one of the BEST ways to get super laser targeted traffic to your sites and offers of anything else you can think of doing. Good Luck! -Mike . .
