Our local Fox Hill community, located on the Parker/Franktown border, has been building and expanding. Their large home lots and "call to the country" are unique to our area. Built around a historic farm, the new community partners with the farm to host events, foster sustainable living, and provide produce to residents. The sales office for Fox Hill is located inside the 1912 Charlestonstyle farmhouse. Fox Hill has an exciting announcement and event going on now.

House Beautiful magazine recently unveiled the 3rd annual 2020 Whole Home Concept House, featuring Fox Hill’s 5,400 square foot family home, built by local builder Nicholas Custom Homes.

“Twelve forward-thinking designers from around the country were tasked with offering new ways to approach every room in the home, regardless of its pre-labeled function—sometimes even checking in on the progress via Zoom when they couldn’t be there in person. This modern take on sloweddown living lets you imagine a home that reconnects you with the natural world. From accessible farm-to-table food sources to unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains, the Whole Home Concept House delivers on all fronts—without sacrificing comfort or style.”

The House Beautiful 2020 Whole Home Concept House will be open to the public now through November 15th on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with hour and a half time-slots to meet COVID-19 guidelines. Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit SECORCares, our local nonprofit organization that provides healthy meals to families whose children receive free/ reduced cost lunches at school.
