The site’s landmark at 10911 Grand River is located at the heart of the node and is visibly the tallest building at only 108 feet. The major edges of the site are the barriers created by the I96 Highway, the business facades along Oakman, and the railway dividing the site. Multiple districts intersect the site as well, creating a diverse neighborhood. The major paths of Grand River, Oakman, and I96 play important roles in shaping the sites composition.
