Strengthening Total Body Class

LOCATED AT THE OUTDOOR BEAVERFIT BOX BEHIND THE GALAXY CLUB

We have a new, exciting free class with personal trainer and group exercise instructor, Cassidy!

Ages 16 years and older are welcome.

• Class will move to the Northside Fitness Center on days when the weather is bad.

• No children 13 years and under are allowed in the BeaverFit area.

• No class on Family Days and Holidays.

Regular entry ticket: $40 after Aug. 1

Register at the Hardstand Fitness Center by Aug. 4 to guarantee your correct t-shirt size and engraved medal. Open to 18 years & older with base access.
