Page 1

The shoe must be made of the material ordered and which is described in the technical data and on the label. The following check will be made: strength, flexibility, the way in which the material was glued, the type of printing if it has it, check that the measures are equivalent, and that when the shoe is tried on, the size be the real one, for a common user.

Strength and flexibility

Glue The outsole must not be blurred. The materials which use glue, must not have any glue on the visible shoe, not even small traces, because they alter the esthetics of the shoe. The materials that will be glued must have enough quantity of glue so that they don´t detach easily. To be sure that this is the case, the person must check the shoe all around.

Slightly stretch to check the straps, the buttonholes , the shoelaces, the tongue, and make sure they don´t detach, and that the material doesn´t tear, and that at the same time there is enough flexibility Bend the shoe to see if the outsole is flexible enough, for the shoe to be comfortably worn. (according to each case)

The shoe must have a fixed size, printed or with sticker on the insole and on the outsole. Which must coincide with the size on the technical data.

Sinking the upper part to be sure that the gluing is strong and the resistance between the upper part and the outsole. The point and heel must be well checked. In the case of the materials glued on the platforms of the women shoes that imitate cork or that have different superimposed colors, the way it is glued must be very well checked, because they must guarantee that there will be no bubbles or bags on the surface of the material, thus altering the esthetics of the shoe. It must be very well checked that the materials on the upper part be PU and in the platform PU. There must not be any mixtures of materials that cause quality problems due to their composition.

Size when wearing the shoes

The shoe must have the correct printing, not displaced, not spotted not altered in any way, because it will change the esthetics of the shoe.

Measure of the insole

The shoes must be worn by a common user to make sure that the size of the shoe is the same one of the real size and it must be compared with the size specified in the technical data.

Major defects: Major defects are those that alter the esthetical part of the shoe (outside), located on the upper part, tongue, outsole, buttonholes, shoelaces, heels, and others. Minor defects: Minor defects are those located in the inner part of the shoe and that are not visible.

The shoes must not have twisted stitchings, knots or hanging threads, because they will alter the esthetics of the shoe.

The measure of the insole must be checked with a meter to prove that the measure is exactly the same one written in the proforma.
