“No question golf is the hardest sport I’ve ever played. I won’t even get into what my handicap is. It’s that bad. One of my first times playing was at Pebble Beach with my teammates Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson and team owner Joe Lacob. Other than making a par on the fifth hole, I played absolutely horrendous. Maybe getting fitted for clubs will change that. Until now, I had been playing with standard-length clubs, which someone who’s 6'8" shouldn’t do. I was always hunched over and worried about topping the ball. It wasn’t a good look.” —HARRISON BARNES, as told to Scott T. Miller Photograph by DAN ROSENSTRAUCH
