Club Room Our superb Club Room offers the perfect private facility for you and your guests. Able to accommodate up to 120 guests the Club Room offers one of the most spectacular head on views of any racecourse in the country for a fraction of the cost.

Prices for private exclusive use of the room are £8,000 plus VAT from June until September inclusive and £6,000 plus VAT on all other dates with a tipster and food for up to 120 guests. Ladies Day 7th July is £10,000 plus VAT

In 2010, the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) decided to transfer the location for it’s examinations to the Nelson Suite at Leicester Racecourse. This has proved to be most successful in that the room provides good heating, lighting and ventilation, as well as the absolutely essential quiet environment in order to professionally manage our complex examination programme. A pleasant and relaxing outlook over the racecourse is available and the sound system for the provision of announcements, also adds to the professional image of what is for our candidates a very serious occasion. I would like to thank the team who have provided all the behind the scenes support on matters that I have not had to worry about. Each morning the room is spotlessly clean and set up to our specification, car park attendants and signage are all in place, and the team always check to see that everything is as it should be and that we, the customers, are happy. Thereby enjoying your day in one place. “We found Leicester Racecourse an excellent venue for our civil wedding. The layout with drapes provided a good back drop for our photos as the weather outside was not so good. There was plenty of room for the guests. The weather cleared up later and we were able to take some more photos outside on the terrace. The staff and preparation was excellent.
