QUIET AREAS
throughout the Bradley Symphony Center. Wheelchair seating is available on both levels of Allen-Bradley Hall. Bariatric chairs, with a width of 30” and capacity of 800 lbs., are available upon request. Many orchestra-level aisle seats are also equipped with swing-away end panels.
Additional Quiet Areas are located in the Historic Exhibit on the lower level and in the Phone Booth Area on the second level. These spaces can help patrons who are feeling overwhelmed escape for as little or as long as they need. Quiet Areas are marked by KultureCity signage.
SENSORY KITS
Sensory bags containing special KultureCity VIP badges, fidget tools, noise canceling headphones, and other resources are available for checkout (at no cost by leaving an ID) at our Coat Check located in the Gallery. Noise canceling headphones can also be checked out individually. Weighted lap pads are also available upon request.
PARKING ABUNDANT & STEPS AWAY
DISCOUNT PARKING
The Avenue parking garage is the Bradley Symphony Center’s parking partner. Located just half a block from the Center, The Avenue garage has 1,700 parking spots with multiple entrances and exits for quick and convenient parking. MSO patrons can buy pre-paid discounted parking passes for $18 per park (plus tax) either as an add-on with your tickets, or as a separate purchase at mso.org/parking
VALET PARKING
The Bradley Symphony Center offers curbside valet parking for all MSO performances. We strongly recommend pre-purchasing valet parking passes at least two weeks in advance, as valet is limited and may sell out on the date of your concert. MSO patrons can buy pre-paid valet parking passes for $35 per park (plus tax) either as an add-on with your tickets, or as a separate purchase at mso.org/parking.
There are many other parking garages and lots within walking distance of the Bradley Symphony Center. Please note that pre-paid parking through the MSO is only valid at The Avenue Parking Garage and will not work at any other parking garage.
