Defensive Driving Proposal Section 1 – Background This proposal is for the presentation of the MINDMERGE/BEST/ National Safety Council (NSC) local Course for Defensive Driving.
Section 2 – Course Objectives More than 70 national medical, health and safety organizations have reviewed, contributed to, or endorsed NSC/ local HC programs. Our Standard Defensive Driving course follows the recent HC guidelines. And it meets the latest OSHA standards for emergency care trainings.
Knowing how to respond to a sudden emergency or surprise on the streets is one of the most important skills a person can possess. The Standard Defensive Driving course meets the OSHA requirements and is a tool for training employees or the general public on the latest skills, techniques and expertise in life-saving procedures. The practice and feedback of using related skills in a realistic situation is integrated into the actual teaching experience.
Section 3 – Programme Outline The programme comprises one day and covers a proven, standardized method of teaching Defensive Driving with high effectiveness and you will be provided with the reasons and

Course Evaluation In order to receive NSC/ local Defensive Driving Certificate, the student need pass the following: Each prospective student must take and successfully meet the requirements of written test of multiple choices, and a practical test if the attendee has a valid Saudi driving license.

Course Instructor Manar is a full-time Master Trainer with BEST/NSC in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has been in the HSE training for 6 years and is currently assigned to the Emergency Care Unit to deliver all HSE trainings especially that he is a certified Principles of Occupational Safety & Health (POSH) instructor, Emergency Care (First Aid, CPR & AED) Instructor and he is also a certified Instructor development Defensive Driving 8/6 course.
Section 5 – Course Fees Our fee for presenting the two day course programme, based on a master presenter and an instant translator and all related materials and guides is as follows:

National Safety Council Certification (A charge of USD. 50.00 per candidate will be applied if a certification is required from the prestigious NSC)

Section 7 – Summary We are please to submit these proposals for the Defensive Driving for you reputed company. As with all the Council’s programmes, this will have a high level of practical content, and we are confident that your participants will complete the course, well equipped to participate in such training. To take optimum advantage of the practical work within the modules it is stressed that participants should be punctual in there attendance at all times.
