Once your content is in AxisTV, use intuitive controls to schedule and manage your messages. The calendar scheduler allows for dayparting, and designating an end time ensures that messages “fall off” the play rotation without user intervention. AxisTV also provides management tools for backgrounds and content, players and displays, and overall system settings. System administrators can view reports and can even effect global changes using our software’s Alert Mode to override scheduled playlists and deliver critical notifications.

deliver Deliver messages and media to any number of displays, televisions, web pages or room signs throughout your facility, across campus, or to multiple locations in different cities. Add Visix publishers to expand your reach to desktops, smartphones and RSS-enabled devices. AxisTV has three main components: the AxisTV software, a content manager, and one or more media players. Authorized users access the content manager and software tools through their LAN/WAN or the Internet via an easy-to-use web interface to create, manage and schedule content. Messages are grouped into playlists which are published to chosen media players over a TCP/IP network to feed displays at scheduled times and intervals. Visix media players reside on your network as appliances outputting audio and video to as many displays as you like. They support both static and dynamic IP addresses, and remote updates and diagnostics allow maximum accessibility to deliver information quickly. A powerful content distribution architecture allows for flexibility and scalability of the application. From a single content manager, you can send separate playlists to various media players for message “zoning�, letting you target individual locations with the communications they need. Whether you’d like to check out the weather forecast, see an interactive map, or simply reserve the conference room - our interactive MeetingMinder™ is up to the task. Display room availability along with all of your digital signage content with these ultra-versatile room signs. MeetingMinders™ display your existing room reservations from Microsoft Outlook or EMS from Dean Evans & Associates, while allowing you to create a walk-up reservation with only a few touches to the screen. You’ll see room availability at a glance with our large on-screen status light that is GREEN when the room is available and RED when it’s not. To schedule the room, just touch “Reserveâ€? and set the time and meeting length. Optionally, a four-digit PIN can be set to protect your reservation from being erroneously canceled or modified. Walk-up reservations are immediately shared with your Microsoft Exchange or EMS server to avoid double-bookings, and they can be limited to within a few hours of the current time, to the same day, or to a number of days from the current date. Our room signs are available with a 12-inch or 15-inch LCD and can be surface mounted or recessed in walls. Our Power over Ethernet (PoE) room sign allows you to run one Ethernet cable to the room sign to supply both power and data, so you don’t have to worry about concealing power bricks. Smart Features For rooms where walk-up reservations aren’t appropriate, any interactive MeetingMinder™ can run in non-interactive mode. Dynamic digital signage content and room schedules are displayed full-screen in this mode. Interactive and noninteractive MeetingMinders™ can be used together in the same facility, and a consolidated schedule for all rooms can be shown on large displays using a Visix media player. This helps visitors spot their meeting at a glance on the big screen as they approach your meeting space.
