NE W Y O R K L IF E SO C I AL SPACE NEW YORK,NY New York Life’s new social space is dedicated purely for company events and gatherings. In this space, it was crucial to maintain a 4ft high raised floor to keep the views of the New York sky line at eye level. A feature of the project includes CONSTRUCTION NOTES the tall gothic arch windows, “buttress lighting”, (4) corner tourelles, and the main gathering space at the “townhall pit”. My responsibilites was to translate the proposed renderings into DD-CD set and to follow through with construction administration. This project is under construction, but have finished long processes of shop drawings and coordination to maintain the detail intent of lighting and geometry of the space.

A L KE ON C A PITAL M ANAGEM EN T NEW YORK,NY In this two level high end office space, one of the driving forces of the design is the client’s push on a timeless design. They wanted a space without architectural decorations that can be easily outdated. We kept the finishes to tones of a sleek gray-white and all accent colors were brought in through artwork. The office partitions are all glass frame system and by returning a 3ft glass fin at the demising office partitions, it created an illusion for a bigger space at the corridor and office. Keeping the client’s wishes in mind, we avoided light clutters from the ceiling and gave them a thin linear light that runs continous from lobby throughout the office corridors. The focus of for this project is the wine cave and the tasting room. The wine cave had its own cooling unit and enclosed with Kawneer thermal glass assembly and insulated glass doors. The tasting room is a large space with large glass sliding doors to expand the space for larger wine seminars. A large portion of the project also includes the custom furniture at the open office and reception area.

G-I I I A P PA R E L G R OUP N EW Y O R K ,NY This is an on going project that involes restacking companies within the GIII building. Starting on the 3rd floor, we planned for 65 new work stations for designers and production team members. On the 4th floor, we planned for the new Tommy Hilfiger showroom. The features of the showroom include custom millwork panels across the entire floor and the openness of the reception area with the 11 ft wide barn door.

It includes, adjustable hanging fixtures, tables, storage, and accessory pieces. All accesorries were designed according to store signage standards and fixtures were coordinated with their manufacturing team for structural and functional revisions.

BED BAT H A N D B EY OND F I X T U R E DESIGN For Bed Bath and Beyond retail stores, we have redesigned their customer counters, employee stations, and various storage units. There are conditions were we have to detail pieces to retrofit into existing millwork. We had to coordinate with their management team to understand the equipment size and locations. Detailed drawings were developed from proposed rendering and sketches. Currently, the status of these fixtures are under going their manufacturing team.
