There is both local and interstate bus access along the 60m wide road in the southwest of the site and a local bus route along the 30m wide road in the northwest.

The total site area is about 72 acres which are 36 acres used to be for the bus terminal and the remaining is to be used to construct a five-star hotel, multi-level car parking, and bus depot. The location of the site is in front of Dwarka metro station sector-22 which is connected by a 45 m wide road.

Location : Dwarka,new delhi

Site area : 37 acres

Climate : composite climate

Topography : Relatively flat land.Slope is very gentle towrds east Approach : North west - 30 m road south west - 45m road

Most of the land around the site is vacant and proposed for further development proposals.even though there are green spaces well preserved in the residential area and around the metro station near the site.

But in synthetic cubism in addition to these features, they used brighter colors and lighter moods in art. Also used different kinds of materials and textures. The design concept is taken by inspiring from synthetic cubism style. The roof and wall of this building are twisted at different angles.so, users will get a unique experience while looking at the building.

ZAITOON RESTAURANT-CALICUT PROFESSIONAL WORK

In this project my responsibility is to design and develop concet and presentation and to attend all the client meetings. This restaurant space is designed by combing the building and nature together. This will not feel like coming to the general restaurant space. A design, which feels relaxed when entering, the spaces connected by trees and gardens make this building look outstanding both inside and outside.

33

Ground floor plan

First floor plan

The aim was to design a restaurant that has the best fine dining experience in Kerala. The major design challenge is to come up with ideas that can be incorporated into the existing structure. In the first stage, the building is lifted 1.5 meters because the existing height was 2.7 m on the ground floor. The next idea is the extension of the front area by giving two huge green colors. The elegant look of the building is achieved by the finishes and details. The umbrella column and landscaping is the main point of attraction of the restaurant.

35
Existing structure Proposal Proposal Existing structure

Lobby

Lobby smoothly incorporates the main design elements that are used throughout the design such as Canes, Planters, Tile patterns, full height openings etc. A 6m height entrance leads to the lobby. Two trees are placed on both side after the entrance. Left side of the lobby has the reception and the right side has the waiting area and stairs to the party hall on the first floor. The wall is treated with black granite and wooden louvers over that.

Outdoor dining

The umbrella columns are the highlight of the outdoor dining area. It has height varies from 9 to 11 metres.landscaping has done on all sides of the outdoor dining area where users feel more connected to nature. space between the parking and the dining is converted to a waterbody with small fountains that makes the space more livening.

37
OUTDOOR DINING

Family dining

Wall partitions with natural canes secures privacy without compromising the flavour of the design. The design elements that enchant the space are pattern tiles on the floor, hanging lights, canes and decors like paintings and planters.Family dining has a view of the exterior landscaping, lobby and dining area.

Party hall

The party hall is elegantly done with the capacity to organize an event for up to 160 persons at one time. Wall has cladded with fabric and metal plates are attached to the fabric to create the pattern. Curved ceiling has done below the existing sloped roof with elegant lighting. As in the other areas of the restaurant tile patterns differentiates the circulation space and seating space.

39 PARTY HALL FAMILY DINING

Dining

A high-raised roof helps the entire room look like an open space. As the existing building has only 2.5 metres in height in the dining area reflective metal sheet is used in the ceiling. whilst transitions in finishes and details are constantly happening across the space, these changes are brought to unify seamlessly, linked by the artery of the design.

DOUBLE HORSE OFFICE PROFESSIONAL WORK

An office space which is is designed in a way that the building itself blends into nature. The existing structure that has been given by the client occupies an area of 3450 sq. feet. Within these dimensions, the functions are articulated in such a way that there seems an easy, fluid and functional flow of the hierarchy of spaces. This fluidity is mainly achieved because of the rhythm that is generated within the circulation. In this project, my responsibility is to design and completion of concept, working drawings and collaberate with project manager, contractors and vendors etc.

Workspace

The environment was divided into 3 parts, the first consisting of a large linear lobby of double height with a massive entrance. The second part is the production zone, where the employees work on a daily basis. The last third is the conference hall and meeting room on the first floor where the presentations are held. The lobby separates the office space and the godown. Glass partition has been used to divide the lobby and godown to prevent dust and sound. also, to ensure the view to the godown. Exorbitant use of landscape in interiors and exteriors give life to the space. The work space has three managers’ cabins and twenty-seven workstations. Large openings have been given on three sides of the room to achieve a feeling of working in a large open space connected to nature and keep the employees more productive.
