Preparing the chambers Pastor Nelson Dávila.

Guatemala, March 22, Year of Abundance

Certainly God is giving chambers so we can store the abundance of blessings that comes from the Lord (1Chr 31:6; 31:9), but we know that first the spiritual abundance will come to your life and then the material one. We have to walk in the right path of God and follow the authority that God has set above our head. This is the time to prepare our chambers. “Then Hezekiah commanded to prepare chambers in the house of the LORD; and they prepared them.” 2Ch 31:11. The word chamber comes from the lish-kaw' H5393, that means: a room in a building (whether for storage, eating, or lodging). Those chambers are being prepared to store a lot of grain. In Ruth 3:7 we can see that Booz (Christ) had a chamber to store grain, and in that chamber we could see redemption. There is a lot of wheat close to lilies (Song of Solomon 7:2), so we can clean the chamber and the wheat can be ready for the Lord. Types of chambers The ministers are men in whom God trust (1 Ch 9:26) the ministers are in charge of God’s chambers and they take care of the special treasures of the Lord. 1. The chamber of Nathanmelech (2 Kings 23:2) Nathanmelech comes from H5414 and H4428, that means: given of (the) king. 2 Kings 23:11 “And he took away the horses that the kings of Judah had given to the sun, at the entering in of the house of the LORD, by the chamber of Nathanmelech the chamberlain, which was in the suburbs, and burned the chariots of the sun with fire.” The Lord is never going to ask you something that He hasn´t given before to you, so we have to learn how to administrate the abundance before the over abundance comes. 2. The chamber of Tobias (Nehemiah 13:6-7) The name Tobiah comes from the word to-bee-yaw', to-bee-yaw'-hoo from H2896 and H3050; that means goodness of Jehovah. Here we can learn that we have to clean the chamber, and certainly he didn’t have a correct bed to rest in God’s will (Neh 13:8-9), and it’s important to remove all the things that tied us down to this earth. The Spiritual unction was forgotten (Neh 13:10-11) 3. The chamber of Johanan (Ezra 10:6) Johanan comes from the words yeh-ho-khaw-nawn' H3068 and H2603; Jehovah-favored. If you are favored by God, don’t complain. Certainly, we have to be grateful with all the blessings that God has send to our life but we have to recognize the wonders of God. “Then Ezra rose up from before the house of God, and went into the chamber of Johanan the son of Eliashib: and when he came thither, he did eat no bread, nor drink water: for he mourned because of the transgression of them that had been carried away.” Ez 10:6. God’s favor will be over the ones who fear Him (Ps 147:11), so if you stop fearing Him, you will not receive the favor of God or His mercy. 4. The chamber of Gemariah (Jeremiah 26:10) Let’s notice that all the ones who have a chamber, they have a father and an authority (Je 26:10). Gemariah comes from the word ghem-ar-yaw', ghem-ar-yaw'-hoo H1584 and H3050; Jah has perfected. God will have perfected you in Him and certainly part of being perfected; The Lord will finish all his purposes in us. 5. The chamber of Elisham the scribe (Jeremiah 36:20) Elishama comes from the word el-ee-shaw-maw' H410 and H8085; God of hearing; we must hear the voice of God. But let’s notice that the little brother has an over abundance, like Jacob, He took the blessing from his brother. 6. The chamber of the old men (Ezra 8:12) “And of the sons of Azgad; Johanan the son of Hakkatan, and with him an hundred and ten males.” Ez 8:12 7. The chamber of Hanan (Jeremiah 35:3) “Then I took Jaazaniah the son of Jeremiah, the son of Habaziniah, and his brethren, and all his sons, and the whole house of the Rechabites; and I brought them into the house of the LORD, into the chamber of the sons of Hanan, the son of Igdaliah, a man of God, which was by the chamber of the princes, which was above the chamber of Maaseiah the son of Shallum, the keeper of the door…” Je 35:3-4 The wine is figure of joy, wisdom and strength. This is the time to protect the chambers that are own selves, so we can clean the chambers and fill them with the heavenly wine of God, so it can heal your heart and spirit. Let’s prepare our chambers because the abundance will visit us. Maranatha!
