Jos 5:8-9 and it came to pass, when they had done circumcising all the people that they abode in their places in the camp, till they were whole. And the LORD said unto Joshua, This day have I rolled away the reproach of Egypt from off you. Wherefore the name of the place is called Gilgal unto this day. Among the many things that we need to understand is the development of the ministry which God has given unto us, and it is that when He speaks, first He does it to the heart of His ministers, so when their spiritual application the Lord wants us to assimilate, is applied to our life before we look to the list of people the Lord gave us to lead. Saying this, because we believe that only our flock can be passing through problems, when reality is that us the ministers of the Lord could be having problems or similar situations to those of the people we lead. We can look to the life of those people and identify problems they have according to the received Word, however that should help us to be like a mirror and determine that at times we can have moments as the rest of the Lord´s people are having; therefore we have to give our life to God and ask Him to keep talking to discover those difficult situations from our soul; but also, to identify the root of the problems that the people God has commended us have too. Remembering that if God allows us to be in the midst of a torment, is to live a situation from where we will obtain a benefit to our life and at the same time we have the way to be able to advise the herd the Lord gave us to guide. It’s interesting that the Strong Dictionary identifies 2 powers which are link and related with reproach. H2781 derived from H2778 of which in its translations can be interpreted as adversary and reproached. Obviously, these powers come with the purpose to destroy us and the herd comes to be at its mercy and be equally destroyed, the main point being that we can notice the problems they have and the attacks we have from those powers, which will keep us from noticing theirs, especially when we are ashamed by our own people, especially when we open a door for such thing to be done; perhaps we have not been faithful in some situations, and that will allow to some attacks from our people who is under attack from the dark side, and it could happen that we could b reproached by such person in the presence of others to shame us. Gilgal means: wheel, windmill, whirlwind, stone circle, to roll. At times we think that we can overcome whatever comes over our life; we think that because we are God ministers, we have a super natural strength to help our herd; maybe God allows at a given moment, but it is also necessary to suffer so we know how the people we guide are feeling; and obviously we can also minister our soul and not be bitter, before that very need, what we can do is to look for a minister of God who can understand and be used by God giving us an advise that will help our soul in the midst of the torment. TIME TO RIP OUT REPROACH Ecc 3:2 a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;

Jer 1:10 See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant. Mat 15:13 But he answered and said, every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up. It is necessary to act before the attacks of the enemy because, in the contrary, we will be eliminated until we do not look for the presence of God. When we are under attack and the reproach has come, it’s the moment to dip out that plant that our Father did not plant into our heart. Gilgal was visited by Prophets 1Sa 7:15 And Samuel judged Israel all the days of his life. 1Sa 7:16 and he went from year to year in circuit to Bethel, and Gilgal, and Mizpeh, and judged Israel in all those places. At the moment when God speaks to us to do and the reproach can be eliminated from our heart; we should be obedient because, we also need to know that if we were personally attacked, also could our family be under attack and when they are not given attention, they could be also contending against the people of the congregation instead of being direct help or indirect help for us. 1Sa 7:14 And the cities which the Philistines had taken from Israel were restored to Israel, from Ekron even unto Gath; and the coasts thereof did Israel deliver out of the hands of the Philistines. And there was peace between Israel and the Amorites. Here we can see the importance of the prophetic aspect in our life, but it is necessary that we are attentive to listen to the voice of God and also obedience to our spiritual coverture the Lord has given us, and then we can be renovated so at the moment when the enemy raises up against us, we can be strengthen in the Lord, and we can have the strategy that the Holy Spirit wants to teach us and be able to battle adequately and come out victorious in the name of Jesus. Psa 103:15 as for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourishes. At times we desire to be recognized by others the years of our ministry, the problem is that at the passing of been strong times, we can feel tire and do not want to keep on going, and we do not want to renovate ourselves because the attack has been hard and could lose the vision by the lack of ministration of the soul; this comes to be a synonym that we have been walking under the coverture of shame which has weaken us 2 Ki 2:1 and it came to pass, when the LORD would take up Elijah into heaven by a whirlwind that Elijah went with Elisha from Gilgal.

One of the reasons Elisha the Prophet did not leave with Elisha the Prophet is because he was coming back from the Gilgal and ashamed therefore, under that coverture he was never going to be raptured; and if at any given time we would have to go through that valley; we also need to learn to leave behind what is not for us to car; in the contrary, Why was one of them raptured and not the other? HOW DOES REPROACH MANIFESTS? 1. WITH A SHAMED FACE? Psa 44:15 my confusion is continually before me, and the shame of my face hath covered me, Psa. 44-16 for the voice of him that reproached and blasphemies, by reason of the enemy and avenger When a minister allows reproach to be as a root, will be overwhelmed; the problem is not in the congregation, but in our household from where we could be attacked, maybe a reproach flock adequately. Pro 15:13 a merry heart makes a cheerful countenance: but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken. The cause of reproach causes sadness. It could be that we carry some reproach from a situation from our childhood; and the problem could be that we do not look to ministration, carrying sadness in the soul which will be reflected tours the congregation. David was shamed before Nathan the Prophet, but he did not allowed it, he came before the Lord, and it was when he sin with Bethpage; and the shame which followed with Absalom his son wanting to kill him; this was a shame situation, because the man who once defeated Goliath, was now running away from his own son. 2. WITH A STERIL WOUMB Gen 30:22-23 And God remembered Rachel, and God hearkened to her, and opened her womb. And she conceived, and bare a son; and said God hath taken away my reproach. And she called his name Joseph; and said, The LORD shall add to me another son. In reference to the womb, we can point to the reproach that could be from the congregation tours the Alfold, and it is a consequence of what the minister has in his heart, giving the same to the congregation. When the minister has no liberty in his heart and is not able to give himself to the congregation, the congregation will do the same. Therefore we have to recognize the condition in which we live and be able to see the sterility we can be going through and have the Holy Spirit of God do what He needs to do in our heart with the purpose to liberate us from all reproach we carry, and so that our congregation can also be free, and then the womb of the Alfold can be fruitful but because of love and obedience to God, and not by fear. 3. - WITH GREAT AFFLICTION

Neh 1:1-4 the words of Nehemiah the son of Hachaliah and it came to pass in the month Chisleu, in the twentieth year, as I was in Shushan the palace, That Hanani, one of my brethren, came, he and certain men of Judah; and I asked them concerning the Jews that had escaped, which were left of the captivity, and concerning Jerusalem. And they said unto me, the remnant that are left of the captivity there in the province are in great affliction and reproach: the wall of Jerusalem also is broken down, and the gates thereof are burned with fire. mAnd it came to pass, when I heard these words, that I sat down and wept, and mourned certain days, and fasted, and prayed before the God of heaven This is a prophet with the feeling in his heart the suffering of the people of God, and goes before the grace throne of God, seeking first for a change in the heart of the people, and also expecting a material opportunity that god could send them; but the point is that there was an intercessor before God for them, with a minister who remain praying. Therefore we can see that not all are going through the same situation at the same time, and this is with the purpose that some will be approved in one way and others in a different way. WHO ARE THOSE CARRYING, MINISTER OR REMEMBER REPROACH? Pro 18:3 When the wicked cometh, then cometh also contempt, and with ignominy reproach. Suddenly we could be confronted with people having a seared conscious and with them, comes the mockery of darkness hurting our heart; that is why we should not place our attention in the impious and at the moment they want to hurt us, they be called to repentance and return them to God. Psa 10:4-5 the wicked, through the pride of his countenance, will not seek after God: God is not in all his thoughts. His ways are always grievous thy judgments are far above out of his sight: as for all his enemies, he puffed at them. Looking tours the impious prosperity, could weaken us any time. MY EQUAL, MY COMPANION, MY CLOSE FRIEND? Psa 55:12 -14 for it was not an enemy that reproached me; then I could have borne it: neither was it he that hated me that did magnify himself against me; then I would have hid myself from him: But it was thou, a man mine equal, my guide, and mine acquaintance. We took sweet counsel together, and walked unto the house of God in company. It could be that a fellow servant, with whom we worked together, suddenly could become a mocker causing us to separate. Therefore we need to be sensible to God´s voice and identify and who can lead us to reproach. Psa 55:13 but it was thou, a man mine equal, my guide, and mine acquaintance. THE SERPENT

1Sa 11:1-3 Then Nahash the Ammonite came up, and encamped against Jabeshgilead: and all the men of Jabesh said unto Nahash, Make a covenant with us, and we will serve thee. And Nahash the Ammonite answered them, on this condition will I make a covenant with you, that I may thrust out all your right eyes, and lay it for a reproach upon all Israel. And the elders of Jabesh said unto him, Give us seven days' respite that we may send messengers unto all the coasts of Israel: and then, if there be no man to save us, we will come out to thee. NAHAS; it means serpent; we must take care of our life, from those that at a given moment have pretend to make us dwindle from the privilege God has given us, therefore we should not pay attention to those who wants us to be ashamed of the service in the works of God. Let´s remember that necessary is to be constant in the presence of God and minister our soul, but also to look for help from a fellow servant and be able to humiliate our soul and be free from all reproach and shame.
