This is a difficult theme to talk, even thou it is necessary that we do it with the purpose of knowing. Firstly, the God´s servers are not salaried people, before the eyes that the world have about this. The Bible says that the laborer deserves his keep; for this reason the tithes and the offerings that the people of God offer is the salary of the Pastor. We need to discern what this entails, understanding that we can see it from two areas: the spiritual and the material. Luke 10:7 (KJV) And in the same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the labourer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house. What it is called salary? The word salary is derived from the Latin “salarium”, which comes to mean something like payment salt, since the time of ancient Egyptian empire, where workers and soldiers received their paid with salt, mainly because it was one of the few ways that had to conserve meat, which is served to prevent corruption. The last thing we should negotiate, is what we will receive in exchange for what can be work in the work of God, because we are not in a secular enterprise; however that even in the companies in the world, the economic factor is not the first thing spoken because being important companies, the salary is not the most important, or even for these workers because they see another point of view; the most important thing for both parties is that they will do together, we could say that the most important is the synergy that can be achieved. So that the work we do in the work of God, we must consider more important than any other in the secular, consequently not highlight the economic aspect, God, however who knows what we need and he covers that aspect equally. Rom 4:4-5 (KJV) Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. In other words, the one who works, his wages is a labor law because it was the agreement or negotiated at the beginning of their work; but in the work of God, the Lord will tell us what righteousness We get to perform in His work, considering that being primary ministers, is not a job, but a privilege. Secular work is an obligation, while everything in fact the work of God, when we believe in Him, we are justified by the Lord and that counts as payment. Unfortunately many people will work for a salary, for the gift that they may receive; a payment that ends up being very limited as much as it may seem; but that does not work, but has the privilege of serving God; his faith is counted for righteousness, consequently becomes the friend of God. So we can be blessed at any time but not any financial payment; but we can seek to minister the word of God or, if it was a Minister of praise, praise can be used to minister without trusting in a payment. We can found our delight in lead the people of God to touch the heart of the Lord. For this reason, our payment is when the Lord justify us, considering that it is a privilege, and we do this without an expectation about receiving something of the man. But, the man need to do what corresponds. But if someone do not do this, we need to comprehend that we are not servers of the man, so do not have incommodities.

1Co 9:7-14 (KJV) who goeth a warfare any time at his own charges? Who planteth a vineyard, and eateth not of the fruit thereof? Or who feedeth a flock, and eateth not of the milk of the flock? Say I these things as a man? Or saith not the law the same also? For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the mouth of the ox that treadeth out the corn. Doth God take care for oxen? Or saith he it altogether for our sakes? For our sakes, no doubt, this is written: that he that ploweth should plow in hope; and that he that thresheth in hope should be partaker of his hope. If we have sown unto you spiritual things, is it a great thing if we shall reap your carnal things? If others be partakers of this power over you, are not we rather? Nevertheless we have not used this power; but suffer all things, lest we should hinder the gospel of Christ. Do ye not know that they which minister about holy things live of the things of the temple? And they which wait at the altar are partakers with the altar? Even so hath the Lord ordained that they which preach the gospel should live of the gospel. We need to be completely clear that the servant of God, materially speaking, lives of the offerings, which at no time should cause shame; the sheep we pastored have an obligation before God, about giving their tithes and offerings; God has given us to live of the gospel, which somehow helps us to have a direct relationship with our soul to remove all pride that seeks to nestle in our lives. 1Co 9:15-16 (KJV) But I have used none of these things: neither have I written these things, that it should be so done unto me: for it were better for me to die, than that any man should make my glorying void. For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel! Remember that we have a privilege from God and not a job; we need to assimilate by the Spirit and that understanding reaches to our heart, soul and mind, so we not fall to be hired servant. Now, what does it mean wage? As we saw in the beginning, it comes from a derivative of the word salt, we also saw that soldiers in ancient times were paid with salt; for what salt served?, to not have corruption in their food; In other words, replacing it now for us is a refrigerator, where perishable food is stored, so that not decomposed. Now looking at it from the spiritual standpoint, we need to assimilate that the payment that we receive and the concept under which we receive it, because it is the salt that helps us to have no corruption in our hearts which the enemy can attacked. Also we may be contaminated by corruption, starting perhaps economically; so it is important to properly assimilate the doctrine of tithing. A clear example of this situation we can see when Naaman came before the Prophet Elisha, he did his due but not received her money because what he had was full corruption, the Prophet rejected because there was no corruption in him receptor; but when Gehazi listened, he received it because he was corrupt, so had a receiver corruption. Today what we need to keep our life is not to fall into any kind of corruptions because once allow between corruption in our lives, we will be contaminated in any field. From this we can see the importance of filling the legal requirements that nations where God have us minister, may be requiring and we have a strong desire to fulfill all that; we are referring to the legal status currently asking evangelical churches. Otherwise, if we fail, at any time corruption will come knocking on the door of our heart and can be lead to anything; if we are in a Christian mission, we need to have that

legalization in order but under the law we are religious and that is why we must fill any legal requirement; but that It will help us that we are not bad reputation in the eyes of men but also, we can serve to give honor the God we serve. All ministers need to fulfill on Earth what they corresponds, even Jesus said to be given the Caesar what is Caesar's and to God what is God's. If we assimilate blessings of God as payment, there is nothing that will come to corrupt our job in his work; many people may offer millions of dollars, Instead of making an illegal act, but for the love God has awakened in our hearts to serve him and honor him; nothing will move us to the will of corrupt people. Job 6:6 (KJV) Can that which is unsavoury be eaten without salt? or is there any taste in the white of an egg? In the natural we can say that it is difficult to apply what this verse says; however when we apply it to the spiritual, we may feel that our spiritual food is extremely delicious when we are savoring; at that time if someone wants to distract or move to another activity; it is difficult to separate us from that spiritual dish; but really that's our salary, that's our delight when God is filling us with His presence and knowledge; that It represents everything for those who serve him with all the love in their hearts. 2Ch 13:5 (KJV) Ought ye not to know that the LORD God of Israel gave the kingdom over Israel to David for ever, even to him and to his sons by a covenant of salt? They can criticize us for any situation, being in the middle of any problems, but if we convinced of what we have from God, nothing and no one will take away that joy with which we live, and the security that we our children will be taught by the Lord. 2Ki 2:19-22 (KJV) And the men of the city said unto Elisha, Behold, I pray thee, the situation of this city is pleasant, as my lord seeth: but the water is naught, and the ground barren. And he said, Bring me a new cruse, and put salt therein. And they brought it to him. And he went forth unto the spring of the waters, and cast the salt in there, and said, Thus saith the LORD, I have healed these waters; there shall not be from thence any more death or barren land. So the waters were healed unto this day, according to the saying of Elisha which he spake. What is our salary? You may send us to a certain place where they call CEMETERY PASTORS, and we could come in storms in different ways, but God is ministering salt us to bless the land, which begins to break every curse in that place, then be purified and consequently land become productive, until the moment it is heard to say: what a work God does! But meanwhile the enemies that we face; they will be eliminated by the hand of God not to hinder our way. So if we are servants of God, we delight to wherever God sends us, therefore we will enjoy the salary that he spills and we will achieve that for which we were made for God's work; we also need to remember this: he who is faithful in little, will do it on much. 2Sa 8:13 (KJV) And David gat him a name when he returned from smiting of the Syrians in the valley of salt, being eighteen thousand men.

When we pay, we defeated our enemies, we become famous, but there is where we need to pray more, that's what the Bible says Jesus; the more I knew or more He became famous, more praying. But then we reach to have much fame, either good or bad, we need to pray more because if disreputable, we can embitter and if good reputation, we can become proud and haughty people. So that does not harm us fame, we need to pray more than pray until today. Isa 54:17 (KJV) No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD. Isa 54:13 (KJV) And all thy children shall be taught of the LORD; and great shall be the peace of thy children. That's our pay, that the Lord teaches to our children. The future of them is the welfare of the Father. Isa 54:14 (KJV) In righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from oppression; for thou shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near thee. The fact that God has given us a salary does not mean that we're already enjoying. Let’s look as follows: possibly we have a check that we have not change it yet; we have accrued for any reason, whether selling product or perhaps debt payment, but we have not perceived effectively; but the moment when we need it, God sends to you, his support in our need to not be ashamed before our enemies; that is our salary. You may feel fear for some logical reason; however the enemy of our soul, launches darts on our mind to fall into the chains of fear; that is where the Lord Jesus Christ comes to break with the work of the evil, so that do effective payment of wages that He sends us and then we rejoice at precisely the payment We receive, but remember that it is spiritual; but we also have a material pay, that does not affect our soul if we are trusting in God's hand. Isa 54:15 (KJV) Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake. If someone attacks us, perhaps it is from God; but if it is fiercely, is not departed of God; I said in other words, they must be careful with the ones that received the salary from God because if they rise against us fiercely; They will face our Lord. Isa 54:17 (KJV) No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD. Today, what we need to do is cash the check representing our spiritual salary, blessings of relying on God's hand; this will shield us against any attack person; remember that God is not mocked and avenge us of anything they throw against us.

The question that may arise in the environment is: can we receive an increased in our salary? God said we would receive what is right; the problem is that for some, right may be a different point of what is think. The minimum wage can say, is that we may lack nothing, including our wives, sons and daughters. The maximum salary is not fall into ostentation, which may be offensive to many people who see what we may soon receive, even what trespass against us for our personal use. We are before God at all times, so we can wisely lead our life and be established in honor, honoring our Lord Jesus Christ.
