SEPDISP08 7/8 volts test Turn on the dashboard (white connector: PIN no.1 GND; PIN no.5, PIN no.6 + 12v) and use a multimeter to check the voltage between the points (as in the picture). If it goes from -6.8v and -7.2v you have to put SEPDISP08-7V on. If the voltage is included between -7.8v and -8.2v, you have to install SEPDISP08-8V.

Replacement flat cables

Replacement flat cables for instrument clustersâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; repair. Flexible flat cables with carbon contacts used to connect the board to the LCD display. They are used to repair the car dashboard in case of consumption of the conductive lines of the original cable or dropped connections for incorrect installation. The range includes the flats for dashboards of the main car manufacturers (Audi, Alfa, BMW, Citroen, Fiat, Opel, Peugeot, Mercedes, Renault, Volkswagen, etc.). Depending on car and dashboard model, the cables are tied to the PCB with heat seal welding or inserted in ZIF or LIF connectors.

Tester for steering sensors in auto-detect. It gives all information about sensors’ position with a resolution of 0,01°. It has 2 connectors (8 pin and 6 pin), so it is possible to test several sensors (yellow, blue, green, white, purple and orange cable). It’s also possible to test the 7th wire in the blue, purple and orange cable sensors. Very easy to use, it doesn’t require previous setup. Supply power with 9V battery (IEC-6LR61).

TECHNICAL INFORMATION The specifications and technical information of this catalogue are indicative only and subject to modification in case of renewal or updating of the product. 2. RESPONSIBILITY Savi Elettronica srl is not responsible for any damage or direct or indirect loss as a result of delayed or non-existent delivery of the product, nor is it responsible for damages as a result of the product not meeting the specifications as they are outlined in this catalogue. Also excluded are cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of Savi Elettronica srl. 3. ORDERS Orders will be processed the same day if the product is immediately available, or when it becomes available in stock. Any modifications to orders must be agreed by phone or equivalent means of communication (e-mail, fax). 4. PRICES All prices are exclusive of VAT. Prices are valid at the moment of printing of the catalogue. Savi Elettronica srl reserves the right to change them, without prior notification, based on market fluctuations and on change of exchange rate between the Euro and other currencies. 5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY All received orders will be processed the same day and sent using express courier after receiving the payment. For orders within Europe, these are the conditions: Orders with a value of less than €250.00, will be invoiced a cost of €13.00 and orders over €250.00 will be free of shipping cost For orders outside of Europe, these are the conditions: Orders with a value of less than €500.00, will be invoiced a cost of €30.00 and orders over €500.00 will be free of shipping cost. 6. RISK AND PROPERTY The merchandise is sent using prepaid shipping (the cost of shipping is added to the invoice) and the risk passes on to the customer when the goods are handed over to the courier. THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL As described in the Law N. 50 of 15/01/1992, a customer, a physical person who has executed a purchase with a cost of more than €25.00 (inclusive of taxes and charges), for purposes which can be considered outside of his usual professional activities, has the right to renege on the contract. The client who wishes to use this “right of withdrawal”, must send within 7 working days after receiving the goods, a registered letter with return receipt to: Savi Elettronica srl – Contrada Popoleto 14/B – 70011 Alberobello (BA) – Italy. In order to use the “right to withdrawal”, it is essential that the goods and its packaging are undamaged. The shipping costs are for the customer. Savi Elettronica srl will reim-

burse the customer what he has paid, minus charges. 9. REQUEST TO RETURN GOODS The request to return goods must be made with Savi Elettronica srl within 10 days after receipt of the goods, indicating the reason and specifying the invoice references of the purchase. In case the goods were wrongly ordered by the client, it will be up to Savi Elettronica srl’s discretion to authorize a possible return of the goods. The goods must be returned undamaged, in the original or equivalent packaging, complete with accessories and protected by adequate packaging. Goods returned without these requirements, will be returned to sender. 10. COMPLAINTS Any mistakes in shipping or lack of goods mentioned on the order, must promptly be mentioned to Savi Elettronica srl, quoting the invoice number and the details of the order. 11. GUARANTEES Savi Elettronica srl guarantees its products, based on the conditions set in Italian law. All products are guaranteed for 12 months against manufacturer’s defects. The present guarantee does not cover damage caused by: neglect, faulty installation, repair or maintenance work wrongly executed by non-qualified personnel, unauthorized modification, any damage caused during transport. For products called “flat parts”, we also have the added guarantee of swapping the products even in case the product has been damaged following faulty installation. 12. LEGAL CASES All legal cases will be brought before the courts in Bari (Italy). 13. REPRODUCTION OF THE CATALOGUE Partial or total reproduction of this catalogue is forbidden. 14. TREATMENT OF DATA Following the legal decree n. 196/2003 art. 13, Savi Elettronica srl communicates the following dispositions as “Owner” of the data: It is necessary for us to acquire and treat your personal data in order to dispatch your order.
