The Fred. Olsen difference With just four decks and less than 80 rooms and suites, Brabant retains the intimate, ‘home-from-home’ atmosphere for which Fred. Olsen is known and loved. In line with our four ocean-going ships, this smaller-scaled vessel has the style, ambience and understated quality of a country house hotel. Cruise ship staples such as swimming pools, numerous lounges and on-going activities are not in evidence, making way for a comfortable, relaxed ambience, complemented by roomy public areas where occasional evening entertainment, leisurely drinks and absorbing conversation with new-found friends is the norm. Where possible Brabant will moor close to the heart of a city, town or village, with the local attractions nearby. Ocean Cruises: Some ports may be at anchor, intermediate days are at sea. All Inclusive Upgrade for ocean cruises is charged at £19 per person, per night or £35 per person, per night on Short Breaks (cruises of four nights or less) and Speciality Sailings. Upgrade covers selected house wines by the glass, selected beers, spirits (single shot servings only) and soft drinks, subject to availability. Tours, tips, premium drinks, premium hot drinks, medical facilities and other spend, during travel to the ship and while on board, are not included. Any additional expenditure will need to be paid separately. All Inclusive Upgrade must be booked at least six days prior to departure and purchased for the full duration of the cruise by all guests on a booking. Refer to our website for full Terms and Conditions. River Cruises: Access to the river vessel may involve using steps over or through other vessels. Consequently, River Cruises are not suitable for guests who rely on wheelchairs or those with limited mobility who are unable to walk up and down boat steps. Please ask for guidance at the time of booking. River cruise fares include flights and transfers to/from the vessel. Flights are based on Economy class as arranged by FOCL, including APD where applicable. Dining Drinks Upgrade for river cruises only includes the drinks specified, when served with food at lunch and dinner on board. Upgrade is subject to availability. Spirits and premium drinks are not included in the upgrade and standard prices apply to all drinks ordered outside of lunch and dinner. Upgrade is charged at £15 per person, per night, and must be booked at least six days prior to departure and purchased for the full duration of the cruise by all guests on a booking. Tours, tips, medical facilities and other spend, during travel to the boat and while on board, are not included. Any additional expenditure will need to be paid separately. Refer to our website for full Terms and Conditions. Summer Sale Saver Offers: applicable on selected June to September 2019 sailings. Applicable for new bookings made from 03/04/19 to 03/07/19, inclusive. Summer Sale offer is subject to availability and is capacity controlled. Summer Sale Saver Fares are not combinable with Launch Offers and 3for2 offers. Saver Fare Terms and Conditions: Full payment is required at the time of booking; 100% cancellation charges apply – no refunds are permitted. Booking is not transferrable to any other cruise. No room number is provided at the time of booking (room number will be advised on cruise ticket). Oceans Loyalty Club discounts are not combinable with Saver Fares; Ocean points will be earned, however. Not combinable with any other offer. Ocean Cruises Only: Dining sitting will be allocated at FOCL discretion, and will be advised within the cruise ticket. Saver Fare guests can choose a specific dining sitting at the time of booking for a supplement of £2.00 per person per night; Table sizes cannot be requested when booking a Saver Fare. *FREE On-Shore Spending Money: 200 Euros per room, based on two sharing (100 Euros for single rooms/guests), and is only applicable for up to two guests per room. Onshore spending money will be available for collection on board from Guest Services at the start of the cruises qualifying under this offer. No alternative currencies can be chosen. On Shore Spending Money offer is not combinable with any other offer, unless stated. Only applicable on selected ocean cruises departing from June to September 2019, as indicated, as part of FOCL Summer Sale. 3rd/4th berth offer: available on selected grades on M1918, L1919 and M1919 only, subject to availability. Offer can be applied once the first and second guests have been booked in the same room. 3rd/4th berths will be upper berths. Please ask for details at the time of booking. **Enjoyment Promise: excludes Party Nights and cruises of 4 nights or less. The Promise only applies to bookings made for departures more than 12 weeks ahead. The Enjoyment Promise only applies to passengers who have contracted with Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines (“FOCL”) and excludes cruises on vessels operated by FOCL but booked through third party operators. Should you wish to invoke the Enjoyment Promise, you will need to inform Guest Relations within 48 hours of the vessel’s departure from the original port of embarkation at the latest (24 hours on Brabant river cruises). For 32 passengers travelling on back-to-back cruises, the Enjoyment Promise is valid for the first 48 hours (24 hours on Brabant river cruises) of the first sailing only and cannot be invoked on the commencement of the adjoining sailings. FOCL will arrange and pay for a flight and/or transport back to the UK. FOCL will refund the cruise cost only but will not refund other costs. E&OE.
