Angela, the founder of Imagine Events found her way into wedding planning somewhat by accident. Her proclivity towards detailed to-do lists, task delegation and overall project organization made her a perfect fit for planning events, and surprising even herself, she ended up falling in love with working in the wedding business along with her team.

Their Story

Angela founded Imagine Events in 2009 and eventually took on a business partner in 2012 with big hopes and dreams for their future. It was only one year later that things really began to take off and they added a third team member to become a wedding planning trio. They’ve grown leaps and bounds in the many years since. After rebranding in 2015 to offer a wider range of services for weddings and corporate events alike, they soon set up a full team to serve the Regina and Moose Jaw area in Saskatchewan. The number of events flowing in kept them busy with multiple weddings and events each weekend during the height of their season.

Now, they’ve added a second office in Saskatoon with another full team on deck to serve the local area. This has undoubtedly made them one of the most prominent wedding and event planning businesses in the province.

Imagine Events has won multiple awards including the 2022 Paragon Award for Business Excellence and they landed in the 2021 Top 3 best rating wedding planners in Regina. Many of the team members are certified in wedding and event planning management and Angela is one of the only LGBTQ+ Wedding Institute Certified Planners in the province.

All of this is to say, Imagine Events knows what they’re doing. They’ve been in the wedding planning business for a long time and they have the skills and expertise to show for it.

On the wedding side of their business they have a full wedding planning package, wedding coordination (day-of management) services, set up and tear down services, silk floral designs as a long-lasting bouquet alternative.
