Timing is everything! If our space is available, we can make your dream wedding happen in about 2 to 3 weeks, depending on your needs. For catering, it takes around 2 weeks to put together the perfect menu. Most couples book a year to six months in advance to secure their ideal date and plan every detail.

1. Right after booking: Create a rough outline of your day, estimate guest count, decide on ceremony location, and choose your planning and menu packages.
2. 40 days before the event: Finalize guest count, package and menu selections, bar choices, and decor plans.
3. 30/20 days before: Double-check and finalize all the details.
