Introduction My research purpose is to verify that mentors who collaborate with college students can really help them to identify and exploit business opportunities. Particularly, in view of the uncertainty of international students' adaptation to new environments and their complications in the future planning, the research focuses on the difficulties faced by international students in the UK and the provided solutions. Based on the engagement of entrepreneurs, business mentors, peers and students themselves, the study will help to define the benefits of this approach in the upstream part of the entrepreneurship process by improving opportunities’ perception. If the mentor acts as a knowledge broker, he should enhance the finding of better opportunities by helping potential entrepreneurs to get new information, which will increase their success rate. Therefore, the proposal is to conduct a more in-depth survey of how the new knowledge is disseminated in innovative ecosystems, who are the key actors who play an important role (beyond the mentors), and how to support the emergence of new businesses in the region. This process investigates the role of the services which support international students in their studying and career processes through the guide of peers and mentors; how peer mentors and industry mentors impress and influence students in their common lifestyle, and it focuses on involving design in offline activities to explore the new opportunities and possibilities that the students can find for their start-up business and during their lives at the university. With the development of incubator and co-working spaces all over the world, the traditional way to be international students has changed a lot. The mixture of new and old habits and thinking ways not only broke the traditional university environment integrity, but also changed the students’ relationship making nowadays. Under the macro-context of social background, understanding the existing problems and situations that international students in the UK’s modern cities may face when participating in daily life and entrepreneurs’ activities in the public space, has a great practical significance to improve the situation of interpersonal relationships, further promoting the development of the UK entrepreneurship to spur job growth rate. Using the service design method in participants’ focus group and an ethnographic study to analyse the above features, I visited and interviewed students from the universities in Glasgow and London, where some entrepreneurs are trying to start-up applying for the T1 visa. The aim is to improve opportunities’ perception based on collaboration among entrepreneurs, business mentors, peers and students themselves. The method consist on more in-depth surveys about how the new knowledge is being disseminated and understood in innovative ecosystems, as well as who are the key players (mentors) and demanding key groups (international students) who play an important role, and how to support the emergence of new innovative platforms. By identifying the personal, sampling investigation and focus group research, we generate various ideas to figure out our subject and significance, and it is necessary to iterate several times to create the final model to explain social interaction and network establishment of the students’ co-creation activities. The final outcomes of this paper include participatory workshops about the innovative workspace and mentoring guide possibilities online, the applet and Co-X hub design, incubator regeneration. The model and the sustainable mechanism developed by this paper’s findings will be used to support the further co-x hub regeneration project.

Explore Conceptual background Part 1. Because we do not understand the profession choice, we found that the university professional study is not really their favourite subjects, or found it was contrary to future career planning. 2. They will encounter more difďŹ culties to effectively learn what they really want to learn in the ďŹ eld. Part 2. When we are ready to graduate, we do not know how to apply to job opportunities and we are not familiar with the work area. How to choose the direction and match job? Part 3. How should we improve our skills in the work place and development?

Primary research First, investigate the initial group and try to get the original insights. In order to ďŹ nd out the second stage stakeholders, analyze the audience groups. As we can see from the graph, according to the direction of the subject, I conduct screening from three angles: interpersonal relationships, social groups, government organizations. Among them, the interpersonal relationship involves comprehensive, so be circled into the center area, other social organizations can provide help students in counseling, entrepreneurship, training and other related matters mentor or organization, as well as investment support departments and related people. According to these three directions, conduct a preliminary investigation. The service design methodology used involves an ethnographic inquiry In a way that is looking for the root cause: to investigate the sources of foreign students’ entrepreneurial purpose, in particular, the status of international students, their experience, and the reasons and dierences between students who choose to start a business or not to start it, and the habit and use of foreign students to live and use tools and media, often working environment and working place. The purpose is to deepen the students’ understanding of their life as students, to deepen the idea of planning entrepreneurship and the establishment of entrepreneurial model work habits.. Knowledge map Motivation Background investigation of foreign students: In the British environment, students come from all over the world, and many students face: the primary stage of the understanding of a country, then the basic understanding of a city life; they have to learn how to live and study lacking of friends and relatives and without the advice of their parents. Our newly recognized partners and classmates often have the same problems as international students. We all grow and work together in the preliminary stage of research, according to the students' background. The problem surrounds the academic and professional background before studying abroad. In particular, the investigation focuses on the students' opportunity cognition. According to the students' current situation and the problems they face in the UK, and combining with the characteristics of the local business industry, the policies and the existing project support options, we examine the scope of the problem and the opportunity point, analyzing it with the service design method. 1. Research on the students' personal background and learning experience, the purpose of their study and the direction of their career planning. 2. Focus on the career planning policy of the international students in the UK and in some data survey results.

Through the early investigation and research, the focus of my attention is on students or entrepreneurship workers who evolved, some of which need to seek counseling groups, willing to share the personal experience and knowledge of their peers and mentors. These groups include international students and local students. Everyone has a personal career direction, most of them looking for a job, starting a business, or seeking a stable employment path. For dierent groups, to sample and obtain a high quality research, use ethnology research. Methods: interview and cultural probe to conduct initial crowd characteristics, and analyze behavioral habits to seek potential problems and opportunities.

WHY ? WHAT ? FOR WHOM? IN WHAT CONTEXT?
Analysis of users’ intention and behavioral habit In the early period, my research is focused on the analysis of students, entrepreneurs, employees with consulting purpose, and peers and mentors who are willing to share their personal experience and knowledge. The students group includes foreign and local students. Basically, they would apply for a job, set up their own business, and seek stable employment opportunities. The research subjects are sampled to conduct quality research. The characteristics and behavioral habit of different groups are obtained through ethnographic research, interview and cultural probe, to find out potential problems and opportunities.
Define Ethnography Method 1. Cultural probe 2. Quality research - interview 3. Desk research
Cultural Probe Objective: to investigate and study the students' daily life habits, interests, attention points and use of tools. Two service design professional RCA students were selected to investigate and study their lives, and they were asked to make a pictorial record of what they were interested in for their lives, which was used to remediate the deďŹ ciencies found in previous surveys and researches, or to correct the wrong directions found. Methods: in the process of investigation and research, I asked my participants to take pictures of their daily life activities and exchange their ideas with their mobile phones. Content: students' daily life. Two RCA students, using photos to record a day's life, according to their own perspective of a day's events; the purpose is to look for students to focus on topics, like to go to a place and use media and tools.
12
• Persona 1 Duck Age 23 RCA Service design student Her daily life She is a young girl but good at interaction design and she is interested in new trends in technology and design. She likes to talk to a lot of people about design topics. She wants to create her own public account so she can share her views and perspectives on things with more people; she likes to make friends and have more people to discuss how to design and how to think about things. The unique perspective has become the direction I am interested in, inviting her to be my persona, representing a group of students who like to share a personal view and love to actively participate in the discussion.
Take away ideas: Spend half the time on the mobile media every day. The main discussion is about creating a personal account, so that more people can see what we do and share topics of interest. Discuss intelligence, focus on feedback, who appreciates me, and if there is more people seeing my updated Weibo. Design the logo of the personal account, discuss the design plan with some friends online, ask for feedback, and modify it accordingly. Also collect some interesting topics and pictures, engage in activities of interest, participate in activities invited by friends and sign a part-time job agreement remotely.
13
• Persona 2 GeCheng Age 30 RCA Service design Student He tries to start-up his business in London; he has many years of work experience in Industrial design field, is good at communication with good personality characteristics and holds good networking abilities and relationships with a lot of peers and with some other experienced directors in famous companies. He represents a category: he has some experience and needs more resources, connections, and wants to create his own business in London, England. However, difficulties and problems are being faced in this regard. Take away ideas Common way to travel: subway and bus, which require more time, but always gets a few minutes early. Daily main activities: discussions with the computer in the coffee shop, goes to a lot of studios to find suitable spaces for business office, attends a friend's topic discussion, and consults a friend who has more experience to discuss the project topic. Also participates in a number of activities
Comprehensively analyzing 1 and 2 we can see that the comparison between the two methods founds: using cell phone communication and offline interview, which represents two main attitudes and ways of life, a direct, fast and convenient way, which make full use of modern tools, to achieve the fastest speed. Another way is stable meeting, in which one can communicate with people, enables more easily to achieve stable and long-term cooperative relationship, to!better understand each other's character and background.
14
15
Topic of common concern
Professional improvement, personal sharing, personal account attention.
People who share personal ideas are few and they want to find more people with who they can discuss professional issues and common interests and with who they can participate in activities together.
The usual behaviour
Home office, participation in activities, cafe meetings, public transport
It takes a lot of time to meet, take a car, and there is no paper and other tools in public places like the cafe. It is not convenient as workshop, and it is affected by people around it. At home office, although it is free, it is more lonely and lacks of communication and creative atmosphere.
Common habit of communication
Mobile media, remote communication, face-to-face discussion
With more mobile phones, online communicationis possible, but it is not like face-to-face interaction, which can be more interesting, as the remote tools have limitations; I hope to have more opportunities to communicate with friends.
Quality research Through the confirmation of the initial audience research and the formation of the knowledge map, combined with the characteristics of the environment, different contact layers, according to the core users and the different levels to which to expand the design of the stakeholder map, as follows, we can see that the main users are workers and students, so the first contact relationship is marked with the triangle symbol. The stakeholder map is divided into roughly five groups for screening counseling: students, entrepreneurs, consultants, investors, and mentor. Objective: to know the difficulties that users face, understand their behavior habits and preferences, and find solutions for this difficulties accordingly. Methods: interview, 30 - 60 minutes each, face-to-face or telephone. The interviewees were from Asia, Europe and the United States. Some have worked in London, some have worked in their own countries for many years, and some have never worked. But it is particularly interesting that everyone seems to have changed their major courses and have new ideas about their future in the course of their growth. They are affected by friends, bosses or teachers, and constantly revise their direction to improve themselves. Specifically, there are some questionnaire findings: First of all, I did a related research on the students' life and growth background in the initial interviews with the students, asking about the difficulties and opportunities, self - improvement methods and ways to conduct consultation.

Entrepreneurs: 1. Motivation In order to get more insights, I interviewed some entrepreneurs, investors and students who intend to start business, with regard to the motives and problems of entrepreneurship, their awareness of entrepreneurship and grasping the opportunity, current difficulties and available resources. A conclusion is drawn that lots of college students are inclined to start their own business because it can help them to achieve their ideals. Some students with rich social experience and work experience aspire to build their own companies in the international atmosphere of Britain, where they have more international business opportunities to achieve greater ideals. Some decide to start up business for family reasons. Others start a business in that they want to work in the UK and want seek a happier way of working or grasp more job opportunities.

Desk research ScientiďŹ c career planning, you need to ďŹ nd right people: [1]Data show that parents are the most important career planning advisors, while friends and study counselors also have a greater impact on the career planning of students. But there are no students to seek professional human resources experts to give advice. [2]According to the "Employment Report" survey, only 30% of the students from top to bottom are engaged in work and internship related to future job goals. But in general, a large proportion of students take up internship irrelevant and totally unrelated to future career goals. [3]Less than 2% of international students have successfully obtained the work permit, and this is all the international students, including students from the United States and Canada. This is a non-EU English country, so I can imagine how rare it is to stay in the UK and ďŹ nd a Chinese business partner.

[5]Research shows that 85% of the returnees said that before studying abroad, they have thought about the relevant career planning, but merely 20% put it into real practice and turn to scientiďŹ c career planning system. However, according to GoUni statistics, the United Kingdom has promulgated to issue Tier-2 and Tier-5 visas in total of 29,575, and hence it is reasonable to say that ďŹ nding a job to stay in the UK is not so diďŹƒcult. But why there are so many students cannot get a work permit? The following are the same as the GoUni's 277 sample questionnaire. The ďŹ rst three reasons are: 1. Cannot ďŹ nd a job that can provide Tier 2 visa. (5%) 2. Cannot pass the job application stage and take an interview. (6%) 3. Application time is too long that the visa expires before the process is ďŹ nished.(17.2%) 4. Other reasons. (7%)

Existing journey Fieldwork What services and experiences can it provide for users according to the survey of GoUni? The following is a report of the GoUni’s data survey, showing future trends, user types, and users’ experience and opinions. It clearly shows that there was positive user feedback, increase in popularity and extended range of users Entrepreneur work in Campus London Products semiotics offers an approach that can better communicate the user experience by showing the actual features of the product. These meanings and uses are often quite complex. As a result, the meaning of the use is often mis-interpreted, and as a result the products are not always used in the way that was intended. This ethnographic study seeks to examine how this may be manifested through different co working space that surface in a specific context, and what this may say about peoples’ working styles. . After carrying out the desk research and initial interview, I choose to interview some co-creation space. Because in the stakeholder analysis, some students choose to start a business but lack entrepreneurial advice and assistance. WeWork includes entrepreneurs, freelancers and internship workers. The office appliances and facilities that are available to them reflect the objective physical environment required by these entrepreneurs. As London is an international city, of which, the government has designated east London as the tech zone, many entrepreneurs and companies are located there, it is fast becoming the silicon valley of the UK, focusing on entrepreneurs and investment activities with a lot of opportunity and attraction to different people. In London, the author chose several co - working spaces as lines of observation and research case studies, in particular, campus London and tech where students' needs were attended to and were closely related to school activities the author restored the experience scene and service with the play-role method. Through the advice of a local working friend, Campus Londons friends can put the company's needs and resources on the bulletin board. Mentor service is the main focus of the project review, how to make appointments and how to consult.
30
Research Focus This ethnographic study seeks to understand the facilities and services that are available in these WeWork and what they say about their lifestyle and cultural values. Furthermore, the study explores the rituals students undergo when they want to plan in the business in the market, the mentorship services and objects in these work space are most important to students (and why), and how students reect on the contents of their workspace and mentorship guidance.
Research Methodology
Through participatory research methods, users of local work were asked questions in an interactive method which allowed observations as well to be carried out. The combination of interviews and observations gave better insight and allowed the design of opportunities.

Observation from the experience 1. There is not enough sockets 2. There is no safe 3. Ordering is not convenient (because it is not convenient to leave the computer and valuables, no one care) 4. Some people exchange at the same table, business is very big, it affects the work 5. As too close, new people who are not suited to the environment speak loudly 6. Food is coffee and sandwiches, snacks. No menu, can only choose from the table 7. Do not send to the table, must wait to take. 8. The same company does not necessarily sit on a table, some interns sit outside. 9. Some people do not come to work, just leisure to study, like a library. 10. But there are no books and magazines that can be read. 11. There is a message version, set a lot of advertising. 12. Mainly for entrepreneurs to recruit, exchange the place. 13.The bathroom is facing some seats. 14. Do not know which is their mentor 15. Everybody is talking, very embarrassed. 16.The hall is full of people 17. Not easy to find seats, need to wait 18 .The whole atmosphere is that we all have their own personal computers, are busy, packed. 19. There is an open air work area. 20. Mentor exchange table with tea and small bread 21. Mentor is a volunteer, very patient Mentor does not necessarily solve my problem in 30 minutes 22. Mentor's communication is not very efficient 23. Do not know how to communicate with mentor

Internal consulting projects aiming to: propose improvements to current structure and processes of a key sales support team, design solutions to LatAm growth challenges through a benchmarking analysis with vertical heads in 21 countries, and highlight needs for LatAm sales teams based on current time spent on activities
Reflection:
Advantages: As a whole, the service was relatively efficient, as the mentor got to see a large number of customers. Every client had half an hour for consultation, which was free of charge. The mentor works as volunteer without charging any service fees, and mainly offers consultation service. Problems: There was no professional mentor, thus making it difficult to conduct further consultations, without prior communication and agreement. There is a lack of in-depth talk. It is difficult to continue discussions further Hence this process is likely to be of low value and even meaningless.
34
Online products For online activities, users are mainly focused on the use of LinkedIn to find relevant alumni and sign up for activities using ‘Meetup’ and ‘Eventbrite’. Some survey has been conducted about LinkedIn, Meetup and Eventbrite. The major product feature of Meetup is that users can promptly find interested groups, and apply for offline activities. Users can focus on relevant activity information based on their geographic location, participating groups, and the subscription of activities. The author signed up for some activities in London, but was faced with various difficulties in transportation. The reason for this was lack of familiarity with traffic routes and failure to remember the time and specific locations of activities of which most of them are free of charge. Eventbrite More attention is paid to the degree of participation in activities. Mature registration and payment system is established. The relevant information is sent according to the content of activities, but not the characteristics of groups. Activities are considered as the carriers of commodity. Users can choose their interested activities, pay registration fees, and fill in their information. Then they will obtain an E-ticket receipt, which clearly shows the breakdown of participation in the activities. Problem: Not knowing other peer partners makes communication difficult as there is no communication group.
35
Review Question: How to organize the frameworkï¼&#x; Based on the previous research results of the cultural probe, the author sets up a workshop for online and offline users to learn their preferences of choosing tools. Through the combination of online and offline tools, it makes the promotion and dissemination of the activities faster and more convenient.

Insights According to the results which summarizes the main needs of students, the purpose of which was to improve students' resource sharing and build a free relationship platform 1. Students tend to look for areas of interest, but lack stable platforms and partners for communication, 2. The students lack facilities such as workshop, café, and a studio, that can be created together to work collectively to create a collaborative workshop. 3. It is unclear who can be trusted and consulted for a prolonged period of time, not knowing the future of the field, lacking expertise. 4. For students with entrepreneurial ideas and students who are looking for jobs, it is impossible to provide practical assistance for all the students due to the limited resources of the school. 5. There is need of more entrepreneurial competitions and activities that can stimulate enthusiasm and build confidence. 6. Recruitment companies need to have more soft power students, in this fierce competition, there is need to improve soft power urgently. According to the above six design opportunities, the author uses an online platform to integrate social and classmate relationship, build a network and information sharing platform online under a collaborative innovation studio, to provide active venues, resource pooling which will allow, people to build on their respective strengths in a common space improving each other while solving the cost of human resources hence save time and money. On - line topic activities and competitions, build teamwork and self - confidence, and also help organizations and venture capitalists who are interested in investing to understand interesting ideas and potential teams.

Develop OPPORTUNITY IDEA INITIAL IDEAS IDEA DEVELOPMENT REFINEMENT REVISED USER JOURNEY
Opportunity 1. The current British universities, the schools that can provide incubator and mentorship services are very limited, and the entrepreneurs who enter the rental workplaces of the business incubator face many difficulties. After the investigation, college students choose their alumni and friends as the first people to influence with the information and promote each other. The goal of this research is to make business mentorship more popular and effective and have college students' consultants. Only a more active and effective communication will deepen the understanding of the market society, students can come out of university with academic knowledge and put it into practice. From a practical point of view, such a contribution will reinforce the impact of guidance on potential business creators, especially college students. This will have a strong positive effect on college students with aspirations of starting their own business after the completion of their studies. On one hand, it will reduce fear by identifying promising opportunities to promote entrepreneurship, on the other hand it will also reduce the investment time and resources needed for these opportunities. A literature review of the concept of business opportunities and its determinants.(St-Jean, É., Tremblay, M., Janssen, F., Baronet, J., Loué, C. and Nafa, A. (2016)) 2. Mentors can provide knowledge to entrepreneurs who have just started a business. Our goal is that mentors can promote opportunities for potential entrepreneurs, especially college students. But there is a common difficulty: the lack of understanding of British culture, the British market, the lack of communication of opportunities available for British companies and the lack of access to experienced practitioners at close range or the lack of access to their entrepreneurial development executor. If mentors are to act as knowledge brokers they must find better opportunities by helping potential entrepreneurs get access to new information. This will help students to solve many difficulties in the initial stage of the entrepreneurial process and improve the success rate of junior entrepreneurs.

Another question that needs to be considered is what is the relationship between the service platform and users and the relationship between users and business? The author read a book titled Service design from insight to implementation, to learn the framework about the relationship of service design, as shown in Figure
COMMITMENT
2.Build a design framework Assumption TOOLS AND INFRASTRUCTURE •What system do I have to build? UTILITIES AND EXPERIENCES •What relationship and bridge do I need to establish between businesses and consumers? environment •What is the interaction between them? •What is the relationship between them? person ENTERPRISE CONSUMER •Where can I find opportunities and touch points for my design? printing The design services need to be based on the relationship between business and consumers, tools and facilities, as well as utilities and experience. The relevant content: environment, people, things, interface, and intermediaries. Consumers endow enterprises with value, while enterprises make promises to consumers, and ensure service content and quality. Consumers give feedbacks to enterprises about their services, while enterprises adjust their business according to the feedbacks. In conclusion, the author mainly makes an analysis of ideas and prototypes from the environment, people, objects, interfaces and intermediaries. The focus is on user experience map and design blueprint. A lot of attention is put into the update of services, finding out the value of the design, and how to break through some design limitations, in order to achieve relatively good operating efficiency. Environment: it is mainly about geographical factors, such as British market environment, and the situation of foreign students. Things: printed media and other media available, including communication equipment, and interface design. Agent: Offline job provider, and online app service provider. 41

1. How do I find the experts I need? In the student perspective, the expert service is equivalent to the goods. Effective sorting is a key step.
With online analogy, so the key steps: Mnetors and mentees two-way decision (do you want to look for me, I'm sure I can service for you). Mnetors and mentees how to agreed to meet offline; How to complete the online confirmation and evaluation after meet. Online - > offline - > (online)
Expert sorting & in classification retrieval, expert home page into four dimensions: comprehensive, meeting times, scoring, price. Corresponds to the electricity, the number of high praise, integration, sales price. In theme recommendation, don't give mentees reorders’s choice, only the default sort. Reason is that the subjects which mentors recommended are filtered, and the number is not much, not sort of demand.
One-on-one meeting appointment way remote call, small group classes, and so on. Emphasises the interview, the reason is that online communication may seem easy, but the user's behavior pattern is full of people are not familiar with, experts may not be able to accurately grasp the students' reaction. After elected the right mentor, students can choose mentoring services. Seen from the type of service form, relative to the remote online chat, more support mentors do offline questioning.
To make an appointment
"Topic by comprehensive mentees anonymous score line system algorithm, and a variety of factors concluded". Experts see score, don't know which students comment, and even don't know if other things not well enough, so we have a variety of factors. The only can do is to improve myself. Score every three added, subject once update. When students score, know your score will not take effect immediately, moreover is anonymous, so the evaluation will also be less scruple.
2. How do I predict if the expert is matching? First is the expert qualifications can do my job; And then his ability to match my confusion.
Metee’s problem is willing to make an appointment with a mentor. The agreed time and place. Whether mentees hope to meet occasions match mentors time and convenience.
