The Approach The project is insp ired by the spesific location and function of the building. It represents a model of the structure of the European Union on a small scale. The main elements of this political structure (one union- different countries- connections in betwe en) are converted into elements in the building structure (one info scre en- different boxes- bridges). In such a way a new 3D world is created.
