ADHESIVE TAPES Transfer tapes Made as the adhesive in tape without carrier, protected with siliconized paper or protective foil, usually imprinted with a fine mesh to stabilize the adhesive. The choice is very wide, from simple to very specific, thickness from 0.03 to 0.30 mm, transparent and translucent (including "glass clear") colors. There is also the option to use water adhesives. Thermally stable up to 250째C. Used to connect / bond lighter objects or for laminating. Doublesided adhesive tape on a thin carrier Different foils, textiles and paper or non-voven tisue can be used as a carrier material. The comprehensive types, tape thickness are available from 0.1 to 0.35 mm, with custom adhesives for indoor and outdoor use. In contrast to the transfer tape, we offer tapes with different adhesives on both sides. Because of strip limited thickness and relative inelasticity, it is not recommended to use this type of tapes for bonding heavy objects or bonding higher dynamic loads. Doublesided adhesive tape on the thick carrier PE, PVC and PU foams are commonly used as a carrier material. Different density (cohesion), closed or open cell, different thicknesses from 0.4 to 10 mm or more, can be also customized for different purposes and uses. There are options with different adhesives on both sides. Those tapes are stable and resistant to low and moderately resistant to high temperatures. Elasticity of foam is quite limited, therefore tapes are primarily used for relatively static loads. Doublesided adhesive acrylic foam tape (EHB) Base for this tapes is made from acrylic foam of varying thickness. They are made as a monolith (middle and glue are networked together) or as an option with the supporting material of acrylic foam that can cause different types of adhesive on both sides. These types of tape are produced in thicknesses from 0.25 to 4 mm, in different colors, from white, gray, black and transparent and used for the most demanding application. Due to the high elasticity, tapes are used also for higher dynamic loads; thermal resistance is up to +250째C. Sigle sided and special adhesive tapes Foils of synthetic or natural materials (aluminum, copper), textiles, felt, paper, as well as some very specific materials, are used as carrier material. They are used for wrapping, protection, covering and packaging; from the very simple (packaging tape) to tape for special applications. Purpose of using these tapes is adapted to the quality of the adhesive, the thickness, the specific properties of the carrier material, and very often the color or appearance.

ADHESIVES Polyurethane based adhesive and sealants Polyurethane based adhesives represent a revolutionary breakthrough in the development of flexible bonding. The most famous is the application that was introduced 40 years ago, when the car industry, due to the introduction of "crash tests", began to apply the method of windscreens bonding on cars. Bonding technology using flexible adhesives thereafter began to develop and expand in the manufacture of buses, trailers, campers, boats, etc. Today, for some demanding application, PU adhesives are successfully replaced by newer adhesives based on MS polymer. MS polymer based adhesive and sealants represent a range of the latest development of the Japanese company Kaneka. Compared with the polyurethane based adhesives, they are offering new possibilities in technical terms, and in terms of environmental protection and preservation. They do not contain solvents, isocyanates or acid, and are characterized by very good UV protection and resistance, and to adhere to many substrates without use of primers. After curing those adhesives can undertake temperatures up to 200째C, in powred coating process. MS can be also applied on wet surfaces. Adhesives are used in production of buses, cars, trailers, campers, boats, as well as in the construction industry and more. Epoxy adhesives Used for bonding at high loads and are applied in a relatively thin layer. There are different types of these adhesives acording to the speed of drying, types of substrates, thermal stability, mechanical stress or color. These adhesives allow a lot of freedom in the design and manufacture of composite or combining them with traditional materials. Two-component adhesives are applied by gun with simultaneous mixing in mixing nozzle. For larger and more demanding users there are bigger packages and dosing equipment avaliable. Methylmethacylate adhesives (MMA) These adhesives are the most accessible and offer more possibilities in comparison to epoxy adhesives, primarily in the range of flexible types of adhesives. This allows the use of structural adhesives in those applications where, due to the specific materials or loads, a specific flexibility of connection is required. There are types with very short curing times, from a few minutes and more. Two-component adhesives are applied by using a gun with simultaneous mixing in mixing nozzle. For larger and more demanding users there are bigger packages and dosing equipment avaliable. Cyanoacrylate adhesive (RAPID) These adhesives are for inelastic, thin and fast bonding. Relatively wide use range, aloves those adhesives to be used for various appllications, primarily for gluing of smaller areas. We offer quite a few types of adhesives considering: different substrates or combinations of substrates, curing speed and thermal resistance. Likewise, we can offer flexible types of adhesives for bonding elastomers. For a fast and accurate application, we offer adhesives in small plastic bottles and in bigger packaging volume. SEALING TAPES AND WATERPROOFING Pre-compressed sealing tape This sealing tape is made from self-adhesive polyurethane foam, impregnated with acrylic emulsion and fillings for selfexstinguishing. It is suitable for internal and external use and it adapts to uneven surfaces. Corresponding compres seals and suppress the permability of rain, vapors and dust. These strips are permanently elastic and have a function of thermal and acoustic insulator. Waterproofing membranes Self-adhesive bitumen waterproof membranes are made of selfleveling bitumen, protected by reinforced film. They are used for application on floors, roofs and walls. Membranes used for the installation under solar systems, contain both mechanical and UV protection, optionaly are laminated with anti-skid aluminum foil. Additional function of waterproofing and sealing foil is creating partitions that prevent the flow of gases and vapors (radon, methane). Waterproofing coatings These coatings are permanently elastic, one-component coating, based on MS polymers is applied in firm and elastic layer like rubber and is resistant to low and high temperatures. Very good adhesion on various substrates makes it highly suitable for restoring buildings with old waterproofing systems. The material contains no solvents and is environmentally friendly (no isocyanates, zinc, bitumen), and is highly resistant to weathering and UV rays. Butyl tape This self-adhesive sealing tape, made of very sticky butyl rubber, is avaliable in different shapes and sizes. Its excellent adhesion and flexibility allow versatile use in the sealing of various materials. Aluminum foil protects butyl against aging and oxidation when exposed to atmospheric conditions. Upon request we can deliver strips cut into various shapes. Self-leveling floor coating Fast curibg, self-leveling polyurethane material is very stable and mechanically resistant. It is widely used in construction of new buildings and in different renovations (basements, garages, workshops or industrial warehouses) as well as in the production of containers and automotive superstructures. Good anti-slip properties of the material can be obtained with adding the corundum or rough epoxy coating, for the use on the most frequiented areas.

SEALANTS Silicone based sealants Silicone represents a revolutionary advancement in the field of elastic sealing in construction. We offer silicones for special purposes, mainly for construction, with a lifespan of up to 50 years. Another advantage is the wide color range of the products and high temperatures resistance - up to 300°C. Restrictions: strictly prohibited application of the silicone in lacquer lines (in the automotive industry). Polyurethane based sealants These sealants have been on the market for a long time and they offer a wide range of application possibilities. PU based sealants were developed shortly after the silicone, but mainly for applications that require paint finishing. Polyurethane sealants are most commonly used in the automotive and similar industries. PU based sealants are not as UV or thermalable as silicone based sealants and there is also limited adhesion to difficult substrates. They are easy to use, and price is relatively affordable, which justifies the application for less exposed applications. MS polymer based sealants They represent a range of the latest development of the Japanese company Kaneka. Having good properties of both previous sealants - a long life time and resistance of silicones, with possibility of painting like polyurethane. They don’t contain isocyanates, acids and solvents, and are not health or nature harmful. MS polymer based sealants give excellent adhesion to many substrates without prior preparation of the surface. They are also short-term resistant to temperatures up to 200°C, which gives posibility to use them prior to powder coating process. MS can be also applied on wet surfaces. Theyare mostly used in of vehicles, boats, construction and other industrial productions. Butyl based sealants Butyl sealants remain permanently soft and pasty, and are therefore used for sealing in combination with simultaneous mechanical fastening. Well compensate non parallel surfaces and allow easy disassembly. They are resistant to aging and are appropriate for use in all situations, most commonly in production of buses, cars, trailers, campers, boats, as well as in the construction industry. In addition to the pasty form, they are made in the form of strips. Heat resistance is limited to temperatures up to 140°C. Acrylic based sealants Acrylic based sealants are best for sealing porous materials and are suitable for interior applications in cunstructions. They are easy to use, have good flexibility and are pantableThey are widely used for sealing the connection points for installation of wood joinery, repair cracks in the walls, sealing cracks in the parquet laying and bonding of the final moldings.

SYSTEMS Low energy sealing Precise sealing (installation of various instalations, wood joinery,…) is prerogative in the lowenergy building construction or renovation of buildings. In addition to saving energy, is of utmost important to protect building against damage, such as the appearance of dampness and mold in the structure. The energy-saving sealing is achieved by embedding the application of technology in “three levels sealing” or use of energy saving sealing tape for extra thermal and acoustic insulation. Self-adhesive anti-slip tapes Safety first! Self-adhesive, anti-slip tape can be used for different surfaces indoors or outdoors. Anti-slip strips are made in different colors so they can be more or less visible, made of different materials, and can be glued to flat or uneven surfaces. Due to their special design, they don’t scratch bare feet. For safe and carefree step on the most exposed areas. Cutting and slitting Spindle-shaped slits of adhesive tape, sealing tape and foil, for optimal and desired widths that are not conditioned with minimum quantity. The minimum width of the roll is 6 mm and ranges up to the usual width of a roll. Cut-to-shape of adhesive or sealing tapes is ment for a particular use, and is suitable for manual or for automised production. Tailor-made pieces for the optimum bonding and sealing - option "kiss-cut" and "die-cut". Self-adhesive Velcro strips Convenient and safe solution for fixing, with the possibility of separation. Plastic self-adhesive strips in black and transparent colors are used to connect hard and strong materials for more compact fixing. For softer materials and less compact attachment Velcro straps made of fabric, which are avaliable mainly in black and white color, can be used. Primers and activators To improve adhesion on demanding substrates, various primers are used. The choice of primer depends on the substrate, the type of adhesive tape and adhesive or sealant used. Black glass primer will improve adhesion to windscreen and will also protect adhesive from UV rays. For accurate primers application use of an applicator with different extensions is recommended.

TOOLS AND ACCESSORIES Guns for adhesives and sealants Adhesives and sealants are commonly packaged in cartridges and aluminum bags. There are different versions of the injection gun, given the size of the cartridge / bag, depending on the number of components (tandem handguns for 2K materials) and considering the usage (hand, compressed air, battery). For mass production and, above all, with the use of larger amounts of material, it is recommended to use the dosing pump directly from the barrel. Transfer tape dispenser For accurate adhesive transfer tape application, a very practical and useful application tool is the ATS dispenser. It allows a clean and easy application as the protective tape is automatically revinded inside the aplicator. It allows accurate determination of the length of adhesive transfer tape without cutting - knife or scissors are not required. Applicable with all transfer tape widths - 6, 12 and 19 mm - the thickness between 0,04 and 0,13 mm. Smoothing tools Smmothing tools of different shapes, sizes and materials of which they are made, are particularly useful for decorative application of caulking. They are used alone or combined with liquids for smoothing and for decorative trimming of sealants in the plane or diagonally to form the desired radius. Applicators for primer Despite the application of modern technology for adhesives and sealants production, there are still substrates that require prior application of primers. For small series primers are usualy applyed with cloths (which must not emit fibers). For everyday use or where there is a serial production, applicators with different extensions (felt or brush) are recommended. Supplies For an accurate and controlled dispensing of adhesives and sealants, several different nozles are available. Classic, conical nozzle is used for single component sealants and adhesives. Dosage of cyanoacrylate adhesives requires special pins with polished cannula that do not contain silicones. When using a two-component adhesives and sealants from dual cartridge, be sure to use the apropriate mixing nozzle.
