You can also check this new arrival! “Design of material” it is a guide of sculpture that I truly love doing it... It is a new experience that I want to illustrate better and better with new ways of showing it in the near future. Those sculpture were about how I felt in those specific moments in my life. From those sinous lines I want to express architecture in my future projects.

I am Mircea Grosu, a young architect who just finished Faculty of Architecture G.M. Cantacuzino, Iasi, Romania. I took part in the International Summer School in Oslo, studying Norwegian Architecture and Design, participating in digital and parametrical digital fabrication. Over time I also volunteered in three traditional Romanian restoration projects, in a six-year university association and participated in 23 exhibitions starting 2014 up to 2019. Moreover, I undertook a teaching module in university because I hope I will get the chance to be a teacher some day and share all my knowledge and passion.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY 1st April 2018- 1st June 2018
Interior Design- Assistant Smig Ideas Iasi, Romania contact person: Ileea Grosu +40746790663 At this firm I learnt how to use correctly interior space, how to furnish space in program 3d and correlate to real space. 23 June 2015- 30 Sept. 2015
Training in the Bar- Restaurant Louis Colossos beach, Rhodes, Greece In this hotel, from that experience I learnt how to apreciate work and how hard is to accomplish respect. It was good to my person because I had responsabilities for many days that I managed.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS 6 September 2020- 13 Sept. 2020
Ambulance for Monuments- Transilvania Traditional Architecture in Sona Village, Fagarasi County, Romania Restoration of a 2 historical facades The new people I met in “Ion Creanga`s house”, I collaborate also in a way that I truly knew them. I worked shoulder to shoulder with them, talk and laugh with them. I gain experience working in a team. It was a good exercise. Beside that I met also professors, restorators of monuments who led me into old ways of doing antique details. The village has the character of misticism and spirituality maybe because it is far away from a populated city and villagers didn`t forgot the traditional way of living. That experience was like a taste of fresh air. 22 June 2020- 2 July 2020
Ambulance for Monuments- Moldova N. Traditional Architecture in Faltinceni City, Romania Restoration of historical house “Ion Creanga” I choose to interact more with traditional architecture in the main reason to acknowledge myself like a human being of absolving old crafting technique. It is very important to know your past, how your elders construct vernacular a home. Elders had a way to build a home that kept the material on the structure of wood very well. Are houses constructed in that approach for almost two centuries-a few of them. In that volunteer I leant how to escalate a matalic structure, how to decopertate a roof of wooden sieve and how to rebuild it. I leaned how to blend, to fuse two pieces of wooden beams-one that was from the historical house and a distinct one, new. It was a truly hard working experience maybe more intellectual but also with some very intense bodily, physical working. I met new pesons, inspired people that beyond doubt helped me. 22 June 2020- 2 July 2020
Certification in Entrepreneuring Entrepreneur diploma- Botosani County, Romania, EU In each day of the week I had to go for this course in other city to learn about this entrepreneur stuff. Day by day the course became more intuitive, the european project data turned into some deliberate informations that I truly value now. The classmates no tell. Into our firsts moments I though I didn`t appear in the right place. A few days after we were accommodated, I laugh with those people and I leant some secrets that I never thought of hearing. I want to meet again those people in my life and participate at more activities like this. 25 June 2019- 1st August 2019
Student council- Member I was a member in the Student Council and mentor for others. We had to take important decisions regarding problems of the International School, make appointments and create activities for students. Through this role I guided a lot of students that needed help and support. University of Oslo: International summer school
For this course I had to pass the final exam. for obtain the certificate. The course is named Norwegian Architecture and Design. I had 2 professors that were very kind persons and teached us important characteristics of the Norwegian side, geographical points, historu points- all related with architecture examples. It was very interesting to take part in this school`s programme for the interesting teaching. I was always present and truly active, because the information they gave us was very inspiring and innovative. Moreover, we took two or three trips within the city of its surroundings every 2-3 days of the week. I love that and I hope I could experience new challenging opportunities all over the world. 6 May- 10 May 2019

Cambridge Assessment Enghish -B1 Certificate Uninversity of Cambridge 15 April 2019- 02 May 2019
I participated in a collaboration between Faculty of Architecture and Faculty of Art. It was harmonious how two parts who do relate in manner of design, reunite to redefine and reabilitate a historical piece of engineering. In my opinion, our work gave a pleasent, sentimental vibe to the ones that get to see it in Iasi City. All in all the colors combine peacefully and together they offer a wonderful sight. 8 Oct.- 22 Oct. 2018
Association volunteer Chamber of Architects in Romania In this order I was very happy because I could interactionate with teachers and make together an exposition, I learnt a lot of concepts, ideas from professors in an synergic way to express it. 14 Sept 2018- 1st Oct 2018
Summer School- Volunteering Traditional Architecture in Mehedinti Plateau Geopark Ecomuseum Balta Project- Durable tratitional architecture I chose to participate to this summer school, to interact with different kind of characters, To learn from restaurateur architects things that complete my knowledge now. I want to highlight that every night when we all got together we had activities such as board games or brainstorming. It truly was a memorable experience, with a collective formed by a team of architecture students and a group of sociology students. In the first week we participated to some presentations about the history of the village,

Association volunteer A.S.A.I. Iasi, Iasi county, Romania I am a volunteer at the Student Association since?...Following the Faculty, this is the place where I also spent my time. Here I have the opportunity to be inspired by others-who are experts in the field of architecture. The activities in which I take part help me shape my perspectives as a future architect and give me the chance to be part of a team. Some activities that I took part:” , F.A.I.,2017 ,Street Delivery 2016-2017, MUST”, 2015-208 ,”IN-TRECERE”, “City Lights”, “A.R.K.A.”. DESCRIPTION Expressing the architectural language throw sinuous gesture, represents an approach which is folding with human component. The corners indicates an aggressivity which I do not want to include in project and I consider that each person has free will to represent in any way in architecture. The idea to have a incontrolable form lead to thought at form repression and choosing the straight angle which is stabil but in the same time is heavy. DESCRIPTION The World Organization of Tourism define the “tourist” like the person who “travels and spends a time in a space besides the usual one for more than 24 hours, but no longer than a year at a time. This person stays for relaxation, business, or other activities.” My idea is to create an open yard borded by a greenhouse and an activity space. The ‘outside people” who aren`t registered to the hotel can enter through this greenhouse, which is a connector for the public spaces, the meeting areas and the cafeteria. This project, “Assembly Buildings”, consists of a Neighbourhood Center, as well as apartments, distributed vertically (tower) and orizontally (bar). my project mate had the part of the project that consists of the tower. My part of the project represents regular and duplex apartments with integrated greenhouses. On the top of the building are also greenhouses for the rest of residents. Here, they can grow vegetables making this system of living eco-friendly, 2. ISOVER Contest The dubai island raises more functional problems. My idea is to bring water inside the site and be a walk-throw. RESIDENTIAL C.A.S.A. CONTEST
TYPE: HOUSES ADRESS: GEORGE COSBUC, SIGHISOARA ROMANIA NUMBER OF FLOORS: 6 YEAR: 2016 ( PROJECT DEVELOPED SINGLE)
DESCRIPTION
Communication between spaces has the role of bringing people together towards forming a community. Hhere is where the concept of “tetris puzzle or L jointing” started, The letter suggesting the shape of the living spaces. A house is formed by two “L”s, connected in different ways, drawing attention to the interior courtyard; formed by their jointing or to the terraces from where you can admire the neighrbourhood. On an overall scale, the access from the pederstrian area to the house is on the left side, followed by a central space, which is the dominant part of the composition. RESIDENTIAL TERRACE HOUSES
TYPE: HOUSES ADRESS: SMARDAN, IASI ROMANIA NUMBER OF FLOORS: 4 YEAR: 2015 ( PROJECT DEVELOPED SINGLE) (this project is manufactured on sheet painted in coffee).
DESCRIPTION
This terraced houses are difficult to construct because of the slope of the land and poor illumination. My idea was to maximize the glazed space for the principal facade and open the lateral part to a garden. Terraced-houses on the ground are a mirror of the houses up on a hill. The living or activity area are distributed at the same level as the entering space.
