Sustaining young leaders education! The partnership between Colliers and AIESEC consist of:
Leadership school I - The first leadership school organized by AIESEC and a corporate partner;
Leadership school II – As part of our main educational event, AIESEC University, we will organize the second leadership school of the year;
Bucharest planning meeting – Colliers will be the only company that will sustain leaders education during our local planning conference;
4 – Partnership structure
Leadership school I Proposed period: 25-30 April 2010 (3 to 4 days in this period) Number of participants: 20-25 students Participants structure: 15 AIESEC members ( AIESEC Bucharest Executive Board, Project Coordinators and Team Leaders) + 5-10 selected students or recent graduates ; Student selection process description: • 1’st step – Defining a common profile for the students accepted to join Leadership school I and selection method. • 2’nd step – Promotion and application period – we will promote Leadership school I through direct promotion based on the defined profile (invitation or direct mail in which we invite people to apply) in order to assure at least 50 applicants. • 3’rd step – Selection – based on the commonly approved selection method (eg. Selection based on form and letter of intent ->Interview -> Final decision) • 4’th step – Announcement of selected participants (10-15 accepted and 5 on the waiting list) Location and logistics: if preferred AIESEC could provide access to one meeting room equipped with projector, flipchart and sound system. Others: 1 person responsible for organizing the event; Knowledge platform – virtual space for materials, references, articles;

Leadership school II Proposed period: 2’nd part of September – 1’st part of October 2010 (3 to 4 days in this period) Number of participants: 20-25 students Participants structure: 10 AIESEC members ( as reward for team members that were best performers during the year and newly elected leadership body) + 10-15 selected students or recent graduates, participants in AIESEC University (5 tracks; 70 participants/track) ; Student selection process description: • 1’st step – Defining a common profile for the students accepted to join Leadership school II and selection method. • 2’nd step – Promotion period – we will promote Leadership school II as an exclusive event dedicated only to the most proactive participants of AIESEC University. • 3’rd step – Selection – based on the commonly approved selection method (eg. Selection based on observations made during AIESEC University activity and application forms) • 4’th step – Announcement of selected participants (10-15 accepted and 5 on the waiting list) Location and logistics: if preferred AIESEC could provide access to one meeting room equipped with projector, flipchart and sound system. Others: 1 person responsible for organizing the event; Knowledge platform – virtual space for materials, references, articles;
