Plaintiffs object to the use of the attached unsigned document and any and all other unsigned, meaning no wet ink signature documents as they fail to comply with the best evidence rule and these documents are not authenticated. As such, these documents are objected to. Additionally, unsigned documents and robo stamp documents are objected to because they advance 18 U.S. Code § 1341 - frauds and swindles, 31 U.S Code § 3729 - false claims and these criminal documents fester ongoing common law fraud, misrepresentations, omissions, deception, concealment, suppression, false pretense, malice and fictitious practices. Unsigned documents also exemplify violation of rules and regulations, pursuant to 47 USC § 502 and they illustrate the sending of mail with false and fictitious names, a criminal conduct falling under title 18 U.S.C. Sec. 1842 - fictitious names.

For the above reasons, Plaintiffs object to the attached unsigned document alleging to be an order and all other unsigned and or robo stamped documents submitted in this matter, as such documents lack authenticity and induce an obstruction of justice. Thank you.
