The block was arranged following 2 factors: -the street hierarchy - existing building typology and building arrangement The goal here was to maintain the existing building height considering Ungers as reference for what concerns the assembing block Definition of the corner through the building height Creation of a uniform front towards the new boulevard Work on the courts typology,redefinition of the C shape, creation of new enlarged spaces using the modular type.

The block was arranged following 1 factors: - the existing building typology and building arrangement In this case we lost the tall building defining the angle as in the first hypotesis Here the aim is to mantain theliear configuration of the inear building type-considering their rhytm and the cohexistence with low density building placed in between Working on a new arrangement,scattered on the new boulevard and creation of a linear front on the other sidpermitting the creation of private internal spaces

The block was arranged following 2 factors: -the street hierarchy - existing building typology and building arrangement The importance of the corner formed by via 28 Des Julio and Qosco street has been stressed by the building height Via 28 Des Julio has the potential of becoming a boulevard that’s why the height is maintained,but the buildings now are conceived as scattered elements in order to continue the following arrangements The other side of the block presented an interesting disposition of the open and closed court type,since the street is more private the work focused on this specific building type To improve visibility the buildings facing the street are lower and are conceived to be single residetial houses while the one located inside the block are heigher.
