4 Great Cellulite Reduction Exercises One of the biggest problems women of all ages experience aside from pimples and hormonal changes is cellulite. To most women, it is as if cellulite has already been on their thighs and buttocks for as long as they can remember. However, it is good to know that there are 4 great anti cellulite reduction exercises which can help them melt the cellulite off their bodies and at the same time, tone their muscles. If still a beginner, one should start out by doing a set of ten to twelve repetitions of these exercises. If you have been exercising for quite some time already, a set of 3 of each exercise will do. Here are four of the best anti cellulite reduction exercises. (1) Squats a. Stand with your legs spread wider than your shoulder width. While gazing forward, lift your shoulders back and around and make your chest stick out. Here, the muscles in your abdominal area would be contracted gently towards your spine. b. Start bending your knees slowly while lowering your body. Your knees should not go past the tips of your toes. Rely your weight on your heels while sticking your backside outwards. c. Go back to the initial standing position while slowly counting to four. (2) Lunges a. Take one large step backwards. Raise your back heel and make sure your weight is on the ball of the back foot. b. Slowly count to 4 while you let your knees bend gently. Be careful not to let your front knee go way past your toes. c. Still slowly counting to 4, raise your body back to the initial position. Contract your muscles in the hamstrings and backside part. (3) Cellulite Isometric Exercise a. While standing, try contracting the parts of your body which have cellulite (thighs and backside hips). Make your pelvis slightly go forward while tightening your abdominal muscles towards the lower back region. b. Stay in this position in at least 30 seconds and gently breathe through your nose. c. Shift your pelvis backwards with your backside sticking out and continue contracting all your muscles above while gently breathing through your nose. d. Lastly, bring yourself to stand with your feet wide apart (wider than your shoulder width). Lower your body and stay in that position for 30 seconds; again breathing gently through your nose.


(4) Cellulite Super Duper Toner a. Lay down with your arms at your sides and prop your feet up on a chair. b. Lift your body in a way in which your shoulders, head, and neck are on the floor and the rest of your body is in a diagonal position. c. Try having your lower body take in most of your weight. d. Slowly lift up one leg while slowly counting to ten. Lower the same leg while doing the same slow counting. Do the same with the other leg. This would make your abdominal muscles contract. In doing anti cellulite reduction exercises, remember to not overwork oneself and that exercises should be done until one can feel a slightly “burning” feeling.
