WELCOME TO THE MISSOULA FAMILY YMCA
WHY THE
Y?
I love the team sports and swimming!
Take a look through our schedule. What fits with your story? You can start a new chapter, just by giving it a try. Really, Y not? Everyone you meet at the Missoula Family YMCA has a story about how they arrived. Under the overarching mission of building mind, body, and spirit, you’ll find a boy or girl learning how to stay active and healthy in the youth sports program. In a fitness class, you might meet a woman who never imagined that exercise could be so much fun. Maybe a diagnosis of arthritis is what prompted a new friend to safely strengthen and tone his body. Perhaps it’s a bucket-list challenge to tackle a climbing wall or the need to certify as a lifeguard behind a member’s introduction to the Y.
The Y staff is so amazing! There is so much to do here!
It’s ‘me’ time!
OUR MISSION: To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all.
