The creative idea that inspired the Men’s Collection aw16/17 recalls the concept of a weekend in the mountains. Designed for the postmodern gentlemen who still want to take time for themselves, true luxury of the third millennium. Getting lost in cold uncontaminated woodlands, find themselves into a cozy chalets where there is nothing but surrender to the scent of wood and of the fireplace. Spend a day of wild camping, but with refined picnic and canoe fishing, can not being missed for a weekend dedicated to wellness, with absolute respect for nature. The collection is therefore characterized by a wild-classy style, which emphasizes a sophisticated man, charming and authentic. Clean lines and tailored volumes determine an important care for the choice of details, from the shape of the pockets to the horn buttons. Along with the blazer is combined a sewing survival kit, wrapped in a vintage military canvas packaging. The fabrics, entirely made in Italy, warm and meaty, have refined compositions, for a body to be covered and heated. Every feature has been carefully edited to create a collection that reflect the Mitchumm Man. The garments are made with denim and jacquard wool. Check, regimental and harringbone revisited recall to the classic collection. Picot, blazers and vests are made with unusual materials to let travel with sophisticated style into icy trails through redwoods and maples. The trousers are presented with a new fitting, baggy and comfortable.
Mitchumm loves Berto ed.2 After the success of the first capsule collection with Berto Industria Tessile (Winner of the Global Denim Awards 2015), it continues the collaboration dedicated to the passion that Mitchumm Industries always had, the Denim. The capsule consists in one total look, made up of one shirt, one vest, one blazer and one trouser in denim, entirely worked with plots wool and strictly limited edition to emphasize the exclusivity of the collection. --------------------------------HUG THE MOOSE
