The iON range is powered by battery technology for emission free, quiet and low cost operation without sacrificing on performance and quality of finish. With 3 models in the range including a rider, rear collect ride-on, and a zero turn capable of mowing up to 6000m², all models feature heavy duty yet efficient motors and on board controllers for intelligent mowing.
BATTERY POWER
The iON range utilise high performance 72V batteries, with lithium-ion technology in the 76 SD and 81 RC, and a larger lead acid battery to power the 106 ZT zero turn. Our lithium ion power pack features integrated dual fan cooling systems to avoid overheating.
ULTRA EFFICIENT MOTORS
The heavy duty industrial motors offer petrol rivalling performance without the noise or emissions. Offering exceptional power output and torque for a consistent cutting finish in all conditions.
INTELLIGENT MOWING
The iON range features a controller to monitor and manage the power delivery. Unlike petrol machines which run at a constant speed, the intelligent iON controller can sense when grass is longer, thicker, shorter, or thinner, and adjust the power delivery accordingly. This technology maximises battery runtime as well as cutting performance.
Thanks to our battery technology which is paired with ultra high performance yet efficient motors, you can achieve up to 2.5 hours of constant mowing on a single charge. That’s equivalent to 6000m², 1.5 acres or 23 tennis courts.

CUTTER DECKS
The heavy duty steel cutter decks feature twin blades with dual motors. For protection, all blades are mounted to an aluminium blade boss designed to break in the event of a collision with a large object, protecting the motor from further damage.
TIGHT TURNING
CIRCLE
iON ride-on mowers feature an ultra tight turning circle, minimising the amount of uncut grass left when turning, and allowing easy mowing around trees and other objects. The geared design offers accurate and smooth steering when driving around the garden.
LED HEADLIGHTS
The iON 76 SD and 81 RC feature high power LED headlights to ensure a clear view while navigating darker areas under trees, or when mowing early or late in the day thanks to the iON's quiet battery operation.
CENTRAL HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
The central height adjustment is supported by a heavy duty spring for assistance. With a wide choice of 10 positions from 25mm to over 100mm the iON is capable of tackling anything from a short formal lawn to more natural long grass areas.
MULTI FUNCTION
The iON range offers multiple cutting functions to suit different lawns and areas. With the 76 SD capable of both side discharge and mulching, and the 81 RC featuring mulching, rear discharge* and rear collect ability for a formal finish.

SIMPLE OPERATION
The iON range features a digital control panel much like a car, with fingertip controls for blade engagement, headlights and cruise control. The display also shows battery level, blade speed, and selected drive.

DUAL WHEEL MOTORS
The iON 106 ZT has independent 1.0Kw wheel motors allowing for fast and efficient work with exceptional manoeuvrability. The heavy duty motors are proven for professional use and feature a 1 year commercial warranty.
TOTAL CONTROL
The 106 ZT control panel features various information such as battery status and includes a speed switch to allow for faster or slower drive speeds depending on conditions.
COMFORTABLE ADJUSTABLE SEATS
The iON zero turn mower features fully adjustable seating positions. Similar to that in a car, simply pull the lever under the seat and slide forwards or backwards to the desired position. The seat has a high back design and the addition of arm supports and a seat belt for comfort and safety.
CENTRAL HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
The central height adjustment is supported by a heavy duty foot pedal to raise the cutter deck. With a choice of 10 positions from 15mm for a tidy formal finish and up to 115mm for longer areas.
HEAVY DUTY CASTOR WHEELS
The 106 ZT Zero Turn is built from commercial grade components for maximum performance and reliability. The heavy duty steel front castors offer excellent manoeuvrability and are built to last.
TURN ON THE SPOT
The iON 106 ZT features independent wheel motors which are controlled by two levers positioned in front of the operator. This concept allows the machine to literally turn on the spot, making mowing easier and significantly faster than a traditional ride-on mower.
