Executive Career Coaching We are most fulfilled, professionally, when we pursue a career path that leverages our strengths, aligns with our values and presents opportunities to grow and stay challenged. As an MIT Sloan degree-program graduate, Executive Career Coaching is available to you to support your career journey and professional development, whether you are seeking a transition within your current industry or considering new opportunities.
An executive coaching session can help you: • clarify core competencies (skills, attributes, and knowledge) • illuminate values and priorities • set achievable career goals, relative to your background and the market • tell your career story in a compelling and concise way • cultivate your professional brand and position yourself • approach compensation conversations and salary negotiation confidently
From our alumni: “I wanted to share some good news: after our work together, I ended up landing two great offers. I can't overstate how helpful you were in my process – from helping me figure out what I wanted in my next role, to helping me get more comfortable in my conversations with companies through our mock interviews. I'm grateful to have had you in my corner.” “Thank you for being part of this journey. Your advice helped me across different parts of this transition. Most recently, I'm proud to have taken your advice on negotiating the job offer. It was a collaborative process, and I wouldn't have gotten a bump in compensation if I hadn't negotiated.”
Make an Appointment To schedule an appointment, email our alumni career advisors at careers.mitsloan@mit.edu. Please include your graduation year and program, your resume and a brief summary of what you would like to focus on during your session.
