As we reflect on what we achieved and the guideposts that kept us on track, the artwork by Gapingvoid brings us back to an important shared value that is part of many MIT success stories.

Diversity of thought and perspective is the engine that drives innovation at MIT. When we are tackling out-of-this-world complex problems, we bring together as many perspectives as possible. By listening to and learning from each other’s unique viewpoints, we uncover a universe of new pathways and connections. Our shared energy sparks ideas and solutions we would never have imagined without each other. In the CDO, we are grateful to have a constellation of partners in this work.
