DEEP POWER
DEEP POWER FOR THE MODERN GOLFER Kai’li, a single word from two — “Kai” meaning ocean, “Li” energy — meant to embody the immense power and mystery of the ocean. As more than 85% of the ocean remains undiscovered, any shaft launched under the Kai’li name is representative of another discovery in shaft innovation. The same way much of the ocean remains undiscovered, so too does shaft technology and innovation.

A TIDAL SHIFT IN SHAFT PERFORMANCE Kai’li™ White explores new depths of power and performance in a low-launch, lowspin driver shaft. Designed to keep torque low under the demands of today’s highvelocity swings, Kai’li White features an extremely strong MR70-reinforced tip to promote consistent center-face impact and tighter dispersion. Additionally, a taper butt design – the first in a Mitsubishi Chemical low-launch profile – along with Super Low Resin Content (S.L.R.C.) Prepreg and increased carbon fiber ratio in the torque core produce a smooth, responsive feel in the hands not often associated with low launch profiles.

10 consecutive swings, listed above as relative spin.
It all starts with a shaft that can deliver consistent centerface club face strikes, despite the incredible amount of force and load applied to the shaft by today’s more athletic golfer.
As part of our MLAB program, the ZR/0 Initiative aims to set the industry standard for lower deviation in all aspects of shaft performance.
VERIFIED DATA TO AUGMENT RESEARCH + DEVELOPMENT Through continued material advancement and innovation, our MLAB division will utilize the latest technologies, third-party data validation, along with tour and coach input to push the limits of performance - giving players the opportunity to optimize every segment of their game and fitters the confidence of consistent performance.

PL AYER TESTING AT SEA ISL AND, GEORGIA In December of 2020, the Mitsubishi Chemical Tour and Development teams headed to Sea Island, Georgia for the first of several
testing sessions with an array of players.
This session yielded results for Kai’li that demonstrated the ability to remain extremely consistent during high swing speeds.
FLIGHT WITHOUT SACRIFICING FEEL Already a winner on tour, Kai’li White features an exclusive Super Low Resin Content Prepreg in the most consequential part of the golf shaft for feel: the torque core. This application allows for an increased volume of carbon fiber to help drive torque lower, increase stability, and provide greater frequency response to the golfer’s hands... even in a low launch shaft.
