Fat City Lofts


Mixed Use InďŹ ll in the hip arts neighborhood of NODA. This redevelopment embraces the unique neighborhood culture with loft style apartments, neighborhood retail, and a graďŹ tti art wall.


SouthHaus


An InďŹ ll Transit Oriented Mixed-Use Development in the Dilworth Neighborhood. This highrise project contains ofďŹ ce and retail space and unique loft style condos with fully glazed, operable exterior walls.


Repi


OfďŹ ce and manufacturing facility for an Italian manufacturer in the plastics industry. The building structure and skin are precast concrete and are designed to allow future expansion of the manufacturing facility.


Design Center


Residential Development in heart of the South End neighborhood. This project provides market apartments, retail/ hospitality space, and structured parking surgically inserted into a site nestled among existing ofďŹ ce and retail builidngs.


Strike City


A unique entertainment venue, this concept combines a restaurant, bar, bowling, and private VIP lounges featuring private bowling lanes and bar service. First appearing in Charlotte’s EpiCentre, this concept has expanded to include a location in New York.


University House Charlotte


Located on the edge of the UNCC campus, this project proivdes unique, high-end student housing with secure structured parking and a state of the art clubhouse with multi-media lounges, pool, and other outdoor amenities in a beautifully landscaped courtyard.

Morehead Apartments


A multi-family development in Dilworth with 212 units featuring 2 amenity courtyards and structured parking. The building’s architecture complements the historic neighborhood while providing contemporary urban living.

I believe that my skills in design along with my knowledge and experience in a variety of project types allow me to take on leadership roles and provide a solid base of support to others on a design team.
