READING CLUB INSTRUCTIONS Dear Student, Thank you for participating in the Nashville Sounds Reading Club, a program designed to reward you for reaching your reading goals. Through this program, you are eligible to receive a free ticket to a Sounds game and other awesome prizes. More importantly, you will strengthen your reading skills and be challenged to reach goals. The Reading Club is an eight-week program, divided into four segments of two weeks. Your teacher will set a reading assignment for each segment, and once you complete that assignment you move to a “base.” Advance to the next base as you complete each segment. Your goal is to “hit a home run” by completing all of your assignments. Start Date: __________

Experience • Home Run: Enter for your chance to become a “Sound for a Day” and entry into prize drawing on your Reading Club day After reaching second base, your legal guardian will fill out a ticket order form (given by your teacher) to redeem your free Sounds ticket.
